Buyer Beware

Note you are ordering with Lowe's but it is shipped by the Vendor and neither really stand behind it. I ordered and had an estimated arrival date. Three days after that date, I got an email saying the item was damaged in shipment and that when it reached a store location I would get a refund. When I looked at the order at Lowe's it just said delayed in shipping. Tried calling Lowe's customer service, they transferred me to the vendors number and hung up. Then tried the online chat and when they didn't know what to do I would get "disconnected" and transferred to a new rep. Then called my local store, they contact the vendor, (that is only open Mon-Fri). They said I would have to call in, when I called took 30 minutes to talk to someone, then they said there was nothing they could do as the item was shipped by Lowe's not them. Called Lowe's back, they said nothing they could do as it was shipped by the vendor..... In the end I was able to cancel the order and get my money back. But still no one knows what happened to the item.... At least the local Lowe's customer service were helpful and tried to do what they could to help. Also, surprised that if it was damaged that I was only given the option to get a refund but not to have them ship a new one, with a new shipment date.

Downstairs Bathroom Shower

This item comes in 3 large separate boxes. The included assembly instructions are not good, and they were mixed up between the 3 boxes. I needed to go online in order to figure it out.

The shower itself looks great. However the installation instructions are not that good. The assembly plan refers to numbers but, non of the parts have a number on it. Watching a video on YouTube helped, but there are several versions online. They should remove the old versions to avoid confusion.

Excellent shower.

I bought this shower and installed it myself with help of my wife and son. It is excellent. The instructions were clear and straight forward. It is very roomy, easy to keep clean and instantly moderized our master bath.

Beautiful & Compact !

We upgraded our laundry room into an additional bathroom and the sliding doors were perfect for the tight space we had. We got the shower frame in black and matching base and it looks really good !

Beautiful and well made shower stall. Instructions were Instructions were straightforward & easy to follow. Very sturdy and smooth operating. Would definitely recommend.

Worked well for our space

It is a little bit small, but that is what I needed to the space available. It came well packaged - three big boxes. Have some extra help to move them and to handle the pieces. Went together well and has held up well, though we have not used it heavily as it is in a 'backup shower' location.

VERY disappointed

I bought this shower for our bathroom remodel. We had been told the walls were interchangeable and that was our plan based on the layout of our shower head. When looking at manual for installation, it even says specifically that you can switch the walls for a mirrored effect but in reality IT DOESN'T WORK! I am very disappointed with this and even more frustrated with the customer service. I reached out hoping for a resolution and all I was told was "it was an error with an old installation guide". I'm so frustrated I spent over a thousand dollars on something that will not work in our bathroom!!!

Be aware of the actual dimensions!

The actual width at it widest parts is not 38” rather it is only 38” on wall sides corner to corner. It bumps outward and has a max width on either side of near 44”. This may force your I need a smaller size as was our case. Also check the corners of the base as ours was damaged.

Great space

This unit replaced a unit that was approximately the same size. The interior space is much greater, wonderful surprise. My only complaint is that the walls need backing, or reinforcing. They have some hollow areas behind them that if left not reinforced will move if pressure is applied. Otherwise, it is a perfect unit for a corner shower.

Looks so good!

This shower is everything it says! Looks so nice, clean, and crisp! Had no trouble putting it up or together.... instructions are a bit lacking but video helped a lot! Screws were a weird size and had to use my own screws but overall a great product! Enjoying a shower!

Attractive shower, high quality

Ordered this in Nov. 2021. Arrived about 3 weeks later. After installing the base we opened the glass panel package and found the movable panel was shattered in shipping. We got a replacement a couple weeks later but the pre installed wheel holders were not installed and were not in the parts package. Finally got all the parts a couple weeks later and finished the installation in early February. It’s very nice now that it is installed.

Beautiful Shower Enclosure

We needed a shower enclosure that would work in a very small bathroom in our basement guest apartment. One wall needed to be moved about 7 inches. This is a great product, looks great and isn't that bad to install. I got all 3 components, the base, walls and glass doors. I read reviews about confusing instructions, and I think that has to do with whether you are installing it with Ove walls or tile. If you are doing Over walls, install the drywall first.

A bit misleading

We bought this, as the description said the walls could be installed on unfinished walls with the studs. All the directions state to sheetrock the walls. Would have liked the walls to overlap, rather than screw and butt them together with silicone.

The installation instructions were subpar. They do not show how to support the back of the panel so that you have a solid backing for the shower controls and the soap shelves. Also you will want to install a vertical 1x4 piece of blocking along both edges/flanges for proper support for the glass door frame. Being a contractor for 30 years I was able to assess what needed to be done to make this product work properly, however I do not beleive that this shower setup is user friendly for the do it yourself type of people. So my advice is buyer beware...

Love this roomy shower!

This is beautiful! We installed it in 6x7 bathroom in an older home, needed a shower downstairs, concrete floor, built a two inch base to raise it up for the drain and covered base with vinyl. the shower is nice and roomy. The installers thought there was room for improvement in the installation manual. we DO LOVE IT!

Walls need reinforcement or be more user friendly

Bought this kit expecting it to be some what simple to install but it was not. The instructions that arrived with it were flat out wrong and deferred from what is posted online. The key missing instructions were to add furring strips. The online instructions show just two furring strips going down either side where the plastic walls are installed but you have to add more to furring strips to make it seem somewhat sturdy (essentially building a frame to fit the plastic wall) but it is still very flimsy and "cheap feeling" even after its installed with a furring strip frame. Only reason i gave this a 3 star because the base is nice and strong feeling. If i were to start over i would throw the walls in the trash and just buy regular glue up ones so at least its solidly mounted on the actual wall. Prepare to spend most of a Saturday and/or Sunday for wall installation. The base installation however was straight forward if you ever installed one before.

Nice shower

Purchased this shower from Lowe's in April for our farm house. Looks great after installation. First complete shower wife and I put together. Didn't take any photo put looks great very solid shower. Some suggestion is to watch the video online, lay out parts, and take your time. One nice looking shower.

Very well designed

I bought this for a small bathroom that we were refreshing. I wanted a corner shower with a black frame. I found this one online at HomeDepot and ordered it sight unseen. I have had it installed for a couple of months now and so far it's doing great. The doors slide open easily and the built in shelves are great for products. I like that they have a lot of depth to the shelves so nothing seems to fall off during a shower. Will have to see how it lasts but for now, very pleased.
