Great ketle

I have been used the ketle and I am happy, I thought it was a little slow at the start but I have changed my mind because is a great ketle.

Lovely kettle. No regrets

It’s just beautiful. Kettle lights up when on and heats up quickly. The red is just beautiful in my kitchen.

Kettle is defective and Brentwood customer seevice is terrible

The kettle auto shuts off before the water boils and you have to keep your finger on the button to make it boil. Their customer service is also terrible. I missed the 90 days return window due to my busy schedule and could not return to target. This company is a third party seller and their warranty dept kept giving me the run around. They asked for pictures, videos, and kept asking questions back and forth. Finally, they told me to send $25 for shipping and handling for a replacement and to cut the power cord of the defective kettle and send a picture of that to them. I’ve bought kettles in the past for less than $50 and they lasted at least 3 years. I paid $50 for this crap and had to deal with a terrible customer service. Do not buy this crap.

Love this. Can see thru it to see if it's empty/full and the LED lights are a nice soft way to wake up a darkened bedroom 😁
