I enjoy the fresh cold and hot water.
My device was sent with a crack in the back of the unit I didn’t discover until I turned it on and it caused water damage to my cabinets and floors.
If there was a little ledge in the handle of the filter - that would be helpful for me especially since the rubber seals are tight( a good thing since that prevents leakage)

I have had my waterdrop filter system for about 5 years now and I just love it. I drink a lot of water and used to go thru a huge amount of single plastic water bottles now I don't buy any as I have my system that I fill my own refillable water bottles. And my tea and coffee tastes much better too. Thank you
Very impressive, and it is easy to operate.Great product and works good so far. I don't have to boil the hot water anymore. I can make the hot drinks in a second. I love this product!!

This has made a HUGE improvement for the water!
Trash
After 3 months it had electrical malfunction at around 4am. Unit was stuck with E06 error, was super hot and making loud noise. I contacted support via the same email they communicated on during the return period. Now the return period is over and they don’t respond. Trash.
