Terrible customer service- slow shipping contacted multiple times. I had read others say they service was bad but I can confirm those posts are accurate

It’s loud, it drips, it’s not what I expected.

Worst machine and customer service. It’s loud, it drips and it’s not what I expected. I reached out to customer service but they told me too bad and if I wanted to return I had to pay for shipping AND a 15% restocking fee.

Hi I am purchasing dispenser item came in damaged and I exchanged item come damaged again very bad item this not recommended I think very cheap material no not buying this item I am very unhappy.

Easy Peasy

It never occurred to me to have a water system in my home until my recent move to Florida happened. The thought of carrying a ton of water to my apartment from my car was daunting. I reached out to a water delivery company and they would bring two containers right to my door sealed the deal. I drink much more water and that pleases me.

I set the cold water to 39F but it seems not cold enough. The pump and compressor are pretty quiet.

Great bottom load water cooler (and heater)

This bottom load water cooler was easy to set up, and works great. It is relatively quiet, we like the night light, and especially like that is self-cleans. Changing the 5 gallon water bottle is a treat compared to the top loading models. We highly recommend it!

Looks great, works like a dream ….just wishing it would get colder than 39 degrees F.

Good quality. Replaced after another cooler failed to maintain temperatures.

Nice Dispenser

Nice looking dispenser, but the computer chips are very slow to respond, change clock or water temp slow. This will take some getting used to

I was impressed on how quiet this is.... I cant tell its pumping or the condensers are running....Others say how loud it is,,, you better get it replaced!

Incredible Cooler

I am really into this cooler. It looks great in my place and cools to the perfect temperature. You can adjust how cold and hot the water gets. I left mine at the manufacture settings as that’s perfect for me. I like that I can choose to not have the hot water on as I don’t need hot water on a regular basis so why waste the energy? Setup was quite easy! The machine is kinda like how refrigerators are. It turns on and off to help regulate the water temperature. It’s not too loud. I have it next to my couch and I barely hear it when it turns on to cool.

BEAUTIFUL unit and very quiet However does not cool as much as I would like. I set the temperature to the lowest 39 degrees and would rarely get 39 degrees. Always 41 or 42 degrees or above. Returning the unit as functionality is worth more to me than the appearance of the unit.

Refreshingly easy

We switched over from a filtered pitcher water to the hot and colder water cooler. What a easy transition!

Looks and Functions Fabulously!

I had a water cooler from my water distributor but it broke during my move and I was looking for a more attractive replacement. In my search I came upon this self-cleaning option that I was intrigued by. I appreciate that I can clean it once per week and opposed to every 3 months when a service person would come do it. I also like that it is sleek in appearance and is energy efficient. I can also regulate the temperature to suit my preferences. I’m really happy I went with this option! And delivery was quick.

Beautiful but noisy

I have been using this cooler for a few weeks and everybody that comes to my house comment about how nice it is. Functionalities are great and the bottom load feature is very convenient. However, at this price range, I was expecting something quiet. The water pump makes a loud bumping noise every time you use it.

We had a leased bottom loader dispenser. This Brio machine is such a pleasure. Definitely, an upgrade all around. The water dispenses with great control and water temperature is fantastic. The water taste as it should. We are having no problems and I hope if I do I will experience the same customer care I received when we made this purchase. Thank you for your helping us get such a nice upgrade all around.
