I really liked this rug
I really liked this rug a lot, but had to return it because it was considerably darker and more gray in reality than it appeared on the online photos. And I checked the photos on my iphone, my iPad and my normal computer screen, so this is a photographing problem. Buyers should be aware the rug is darker than it appears in the photograph, and gray, not brown.
Perfect for my space
Beautiful carpet, color is just as pictured and so soft!!
The "One"
For the price, I am not surprised how great this rug is. No smell, soft, thick, pretty, and fits perfectly in my living room. A nice mix of ivory and warm gray. I've never spent this much on an area rug, but it was exactly what I was looking for. Time will tell how it holds up, but from the feel of it, should last a long time.
Great quality and colors are exactly as they appear. I would highly recommend it to others. I would definitely purchase from this manufacturer again!
This is a beautiful rug and very well made, however I would not recommend it with large pets, It gets snagged pretty easily with a lot of rough play from large animal. Otherwise great product.
Great purchase
The Richmond Handmade Area Rug is a winner! It is a very soft color in the beige/tan family. It appears to be very well made. I purchased the 9x12 size for bedroom. Lightens the room and gives it a posh feel. Very pleased.
Britta Oland purchase
Very thick/plush. Very nice quality. Love the color. Bought the rug pad recommended - perfect.
Love this rug! Very good quality and well worth the price. It’s soft and the color is pretty close (Ivory with grey) to what is shown. I feel it’s a little warmer tone/ very slightly darker than expected. I thought it was going to be a little more like cream. It’s such a great neutral that it still worked in my space. Quality is as good as those restoration hardware rugs that costs over $****.
Beautiful and a bargain...
Beautiful rugs - soft and comfortable, like a favorite sweater. It is a Jaipur rug and the price is a steal! Since it's wool it sheds a little, but that's to be expected.
Above Expectations!
The rug went above my expectations when it arrived. - timely & great delivery - thick/dense quality rug - very soft to the touch - beautiful color (ivory/gray). I was very excited when I unrolled it!
Great buy!!
This ended up being a wonderful buy. Looks perfect in our family room and for a wool rug, it was a steal price-wise. I always check Overstock first....patience paid off! Love it and delivered in just a few days.
Beautiful Soft Rug
I love the colors and texture of this rug. For some reason when I bought a rug pad to place underneath the sizes did not match up and I had to trim the pad. I did not measure each piece so not sure which was "wrong". But the rug has a very nice soft feel and I would recommend it.
Best rugs in the house
I purchased two of these rugs to go in a very large open area downstairs that has a game room and reading/study area for our teenagers and their friends. I bought them to be durable and to hide stains/spills since they are in the teen area, and they have done this wonderfully. I was surprised at the thickness of the rugs and the softness of the fibers. They are very comfortable. The rugs are on rug pads over a concrete floor. These rugs hold up well, feel soft, hide stains/spills, and are suitable for any room of the home.
This is a nice thick rug. The colors are true to the photo. It's super soft and nice under bare feet. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is it gets a little fuzzy after being vacuumed. Had I thought about it I would have turned off the beater bar but..too late. It doesn't look bad it just doesn't like as nice as it could.
It's a nice rug -- heavy, soft, well made. It brightens the place, and isn't dull, but reads solid. One of the dogs does fine with it, though the one that's prone to longer claws has pulled up a couple of threads -- so it really depends on the dog, I think. I was a tad disappointed that the teal color was relatively symmetric and evenly distributed in my particular carpet -- I know each one is a little different, but I had been charmed by the assymmetry and uneveness of the ones I saw online, so this is something to be aware of. I kept it, because it feels nice underfoot, and the wool is good quality, and I wasn't *that* disappointed. Plus, whoa, it is HEAVY -- have ordered many large carpets, and none have been this heavy. The grey is nicely heathered. It's a known brand and has showed up at some major retailers for several hundred dollars more than this.
Beautiful rug, sheds a lot
This is a truly gorgeous rug. It appears more blue in person than it does in the pictures online, but it's still very nice looking. It does shed quite a bit, as I filled 2 canisters from my vacuum and it was still shedding, but I hope that will slow soon. It feels great to walk on (I put a rug pad below it), and looks great in my house.
Gorgeous and soft, but.....
This rug is beautiful and very soft. It does shed a little, which is to be expected from a wool rug. My big complaint is that some of the threads have started coming loose, so one end of the yarn sticks out quite a bit. I have been able to tuck them back in, so it's not a huge deal yet, but I've only had the rug for about a month so far! Granted, I have a dog and 3 kids who are 12 and under, and the rug is in my entryway so it's high traffic, but I feel like it was expensive enough that it should have been made better. Normally I would have given it 3 stars, but the softness and beauty elevate it to 4.
Just what I was looking for.
I love this rug. It is soft, thick, and good quality. I wanted a light colored rug, but was afraid of it looking dirty over time. The colors on this rug take care of that problem and still looks pretty. It says Ivory/Gray, but I think it looks more brown that gray (just like the pictures). I have a dark gray couch and they go really well together.
Beautiful rug!
I have been searching for the right rug for my new studio apartment and after 3 misses, I found a win! First - please note that the rug is teal and light gray, not blue and ivory. If you look on Jaipur Rugs website, the rug I received from Overstock was product number BRT03.
Perfect
Ordered two of these rugs in 8x10 to lay side by side in a larger space. They are very plush, so comfy. I also have a thick pad underneath since I had it already. Love the variations in the pattern - the coziness reminds me of a nice thick sweater. We have furniture on it but no coffee table since everyone likes to sprawl out on it. Arrived quickly and on the estimated date, in perfect condition. So pleased with Overstock for this and many past purchases!
