Great look & function!

My company recently came out with this new base and I had to get one. LOVE the modern look of it and how easy it was to setup. The wheel and handle grip on bottom made it so easy to move to where I needed it to be. Looks so great under our patio table and I have received several compliments on it.

Umbrella pole post awfully short to support umbrella upright in windy conditions

The assembly that locks in the umbrella, is all plastic, including the screw. You use to tighten against the umbrella. There’s no way I can actually do its job. It is just not strong enough.

Exactly as described. Measurements on many others from other vendors have not taken in to account the base height. This caused lots of returns on my end. Home depot was spot-on.

Base was heavy but the part that holds the pole...

Base was heavy but the part that holds the pole was plastic and defective. Pole would lean because plastic pole holder was weak and defective. Should’ve used steel or metal when made the base.

The item was very heavy and the umbrella did not stand straight when assembled. Has to have it repaired .
