Beautiful Light

This is a beautiful light with a few flaws. First the cord and copper wire thread through the chain and unfortunately the copper wire stands out taking away from the beauty of this light making it look cheap. Also the bowl of the light scratches easily if the chain touches it, so be careful. I was able to buff most of the scratches out.

Love the adjustable color temperature.

Love the adjustable color temperature. I can switch between warm and cool light depending on my mood or the time of day. Its like having multiple lights in oneits such a great feature!

This light is both functional and stylish. The quality is great, and it provides ample light without being overpowering. It took about an hour to install, but the instructions were clear. Very happy with this purchase.

Quality exceeded my expectations.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this light fixture. Its well-made, sturdy, and has a good weight to it. The shade is thick and feels premium, not cheap like some other lights Ive seen.

Heavy to install and is definitely a 2 man job. The fixture looks awesome and is modern. My only issue is we could not figure out how to get the half inch gap from ceiling to be flush.

Easy to install and looks great!

Installation was straightforward, and it only took us about an hour to get it up. The instructions were clear, and everything fit perfectly. It looks even better than I imagined once it was in place.

After sales service was excellent. I had an issue with the dimming feature, and they quickly sent out a replacement switch. The process was easy, and Im glad I bought from a company that values its customers.

Suitable for restaurants

At first, I installed it on my bedroom light, but the size was larger than expected, then I replaced the dining room light with it and it worked surprisingly well.

I cannot believe how horrendous the customer service is for this organization. I returned my item 2 months ago and was promised a refund within 15 business days - still have received NO REFUND for an item over $1400 and no communication or follow up about it despite reaching out multiple times. I have tried multiple channels for customer service and only receive automated emails. This is equivalent to stealing from customers. DO NOT purchase from this company, especially if you have any inkling that you might want to return your items.

This light is gorgeous

This light is gorgeous, but I wish it was a bit brighter. I ended up using a higher wattage bulb to get the level of brightness I wanted. Now, its perfect for my living room, creating a soft ambiance without being overpowering.

Feels way more expensive than it is.

I was a little worried because it looked too good to be true for the price, but this thing is solid! The metal feels sturdy, and the shade is thick and heavy. It definitely doesnt look cheap at all.
