Design flaw!

It looks great, but there's a design flaw. The upper plate coming down to the 3-prong base doesn't fit. It neither stays on top or concaves down over the base. So now it just sits loose. Since this is a small project, and the chandelier goes into the kitchen, we just go with it. Time waiting is money wasting. I wouldn't order this one, unless you want to be a disappointed perfectionist!

Lacks a few key instructions

Neutral wire is the wire with writing on it.

Crooked, not uniform

The five arms supporting the globes are at slightly different angles. There is no way to adjust them.

While this is intended for outdoor use it is installed in a master bathroom which still needs some degree of resistance to moisture, and this fixture appears to fill the bill nicely. The brushed nickel finish goes well with the rest of the fixtures finished in that, and installation was not difficult. The product was well-packed for shipping.

This fixture is clean and modern-looking. We liked the down rods versus a chain. The installation instructions are sparse, as translated from the original Chinese dialect, particularly in relation to getting the system attached and wired into the ceiling. We finally figured out you had to rotate the whole assembled unit to screw the threaded rod into the ceiling electrical box, a 2 person job.

Ceiling lights

We bought a 5 light for the dining room and a 3 light for the entry. They look great from a distance. 4 star rating because they don't line up exactly when put together and there is a slight gap between the metals.

Simple design. Very bright!

I would purchase this light again. The light was well packaged. Nice glass bulb covers. Simple to dust and change bulbs. The white glass and the brushed nickel will go well when we repaint. It gives off a tremendous amount of light. We use the dimmer switch to lower the light level most of the time. Our foyer transitions directly into the front living room and it's the only light source in that 20'x14' space. It gives off plenty of light even though the light hangs in the first 5' as you walk in. I didn't assemble it myself so I can't speak to how easy it was to hang, but my husband eventually got it hung without hating it too much. ;)
