LOW/ NO Quality Check Procedures of Mfg. Process

TAGGED AS WRONG SIZE BY MANUFACTURER. I ordered a twin XL %26 while the tag on the mattress received states the item as being 80" in length, it is really only a standard twin, measuring 75" in length. With this being so, it does not fit my twin XL bed frame, the many twin XL sheets I own.... not to mention my personal 5' 10" frame. that 5" variation between a standard twin and a twin XL is a game changer for a 5 ft 10 person. ...itis either my pillows fall off at the head of my bed, or my feet hang off at the other end! I am so extremely disappointed in this manufacturer. I will NOT ORDER a mattress delivered from them EVER again as it is apparent they have low to none, quality check procedures of their manufacturing process.

Great quality bed in a box!

I researched endlessly for a couple of weeks all the mattresses out there on the market! I came across the Brooklyn Bedding brand, a brand I have heard of but was unfamiliar with. I watched many YouTube video reviews as well as read many reviews from online retailers. I decided to give the Brooklyn Bedding brand a try. The price of the mattress is nearly unbeatable for something that is Made in the USA! The mattress arrived over 10 days sooner than expected! I was pleased with the very quick shipping. It was delivered by FedEx. The mattress was packaged very well inside the cardboard container. The mattress quickly expanded to full size within minutes of cutting the protective plastic wrapper. I was also impressed with the fact that there was virtually no offensive odor to the mattress. The mattress feels very substantial and appears very well made! I bought the 14 inch plush model and I am not disappointed. This mattress is very plush yet provides needed support. I am a side sleeper so I really appreciate the plushness. Also the individual pocketed coils contour to your body without pushing back too much. I have low back, shoulder, and neck pain from an auto accident years ago. I have woken up with much less pain in my low back, neck, and shoulders then with my previous Big Brand name mattress that had a pillow top. I bought a full size bunkie board to support the mattress instead of traditional box springs. Box springs would have made the height of the bed too much for my liking. I am hoping to get many good years of sleep out of this mattress. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone who is a side sleeper. If you sleep on your stomach or back, you could choose one of the less thick models and I'm sure they would serve you well. Brooklyn Bedding has quite an impressive line of mattresses. I'm sure they make something for everyone! I definitely recommend checking this brand out before you make a purchase. I don't think you will be disappointed with the Brooklyn Bedding brand!
