Beautiful but not quality

Purchased and installed 2 years ago. It is already leaking, small slow drips. Very disappointed. Would not repurchase or suggest.

Worst faucet

The first faucet I had leaked and one of the handles didn't work properly. There is some small spring like piece inside the top of the lever that was smushed. My rep sent me a new one swiftly. Since then I've had three plumbers come out to try to fix then new one which has the same handle issue, but none have been able to. I have just been living with the cold water turned off. The lever spins all the way around, I can see the brass/gold flaking off when the levers are turned any way. Like the lever is rubbing and the brass part that is supposed to keep the lever on is flaking off and completely unable to be tightened. I am an interior designer who sources several lines and will never use SH again. Thankful this is in my personal home. No idea what to as my counters were drilled for this widespread bridge faucet which is useless.

Poor Water Pressure

I bought this a few years back and wanted to love it but the water pressure on it is brutally low!! Looks great but not efficient for scrubbing dishes or filling up anything!

We love this faucet. It looks beautiful and functions well. The spray feature is nice. The faucet is also easy to keep clean. We frequently get compliments on it.

Looks and functions great. Too much slop in the faucet head itself. The spout feels loose from the bridge. Actually feels cheaper than I expected.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

I went back and forth between this and more popular (curved top) design. So glad I went with this. Exquisite, elegant, unique, simplistic. Was worried about separate hot/cold handles but I’m liking it better than one for both.

Poor machined components, Looks great

I really like the design and proportions of this faucet. However, there is about 1/16” of slop in the faucet spout from the base of the bridge. This makes it feel cheap and machined poorly, especially when using the pull down spray nozzle. It almost feels like a washer was left out of the assembly or is defective. Unfortunately we are committed to this fixture as our countertops are already drilled out for this.

Great style!

We were remodeling the kitchen, and decided to go with the black to offset the white cabinets and the soapstone countertop. It looks beautiful.

Looks beautiful. Did need a different connection than previous faucet so made installation tricky. Seems to work well so far.

Gorgeous but not very sturdy

I bought this faucet and love the way it looks. Its gorgeous! BUT…. The handles wiggle, the faucet (water spout) wiggles. It looks pretty but after just 4 months it seems very cheap and unsteady. Its disappointing because it is a pretty faucet. I should add that in my household there are no children, just 2 adults so it has not been handled rough.
