Product is beautiful! Very happy with what I received. Very good quality, and customer service is very quick to respond.
I had an issue with the system flow valves, I contacted the company customer service, they replied to my phone call and after few questions and some pictures and a video that they asked to take for the problem, they sent me the replacement parts. After replacing the parts the system worked fine. After that I sent them a thank you email, and they replied by offering me a lifetime warranty, so nice of them.
Great product excellent customer service had a minor issue with the detachable hose but customer service was quick at sending a replacement overall a great product have been using it for 4 months
The seller went over and beyond to help me fix a water pressure issue a year after my purchase. We tried multiple things and right before I was going to call an expensive plummer the seller helped troubleshoot a number of things before finally finding the issue and wallah, its running great again!

Installation was extremely quick and easy. I've noticed that the handheld shower head is slightly lower pressure than the other and when I use both at the same time, the pressure decreases even more. The holder for the handheld shower head could definitely be improved, it doesn't look or feel secure enough. Overall, a great showerhead for the price.
Looks great—haven't installed it yet but it feels really robust and am excited to see it in place!
We have not installed it yet but we opened the box and my plumber was impressed at the quality!
The set is wonderful, my contractor has yet to complete the plumbing.

This is a beautiful set! The gold is a softer tone that really looks lovely in the space. Perfect functionality of shower head and handle. Would recommend!
