The description did not give enough information on how the power connects. It is much larger than our existing lights. We used them in our unfinished basement instead of the space I purchased them for. Returning them cost too much and did not make sense.

This lighting kit works and looks great! I highly recommend it, especially for the price. I didn't use the included power kit, but instead opted for a TP157 black live end cord kit. Installation was a breeze this way, so I didn't experience the pain mentioned by other reviews. On a side note, the spot I ended up mounting this kit was smaller than the track, so I ended up taking a hacksaw to it and cutting off 3 inches from both ends (the power lines and rubber casing inside the track slide right out can be clipped with shears or pliers). Although this method is probably not recommended, I had absolutely no problems installing it or getting it to work.

I have never wired lights before this and to my amazement, when I decided I was done, they turned on. Not that I thought the lights wouldn't work, I just felt like bragging that I managed to somehow complete a DIY project. I found the wiring to be very easy to do and the lights look great, what more could you ask for.

These lights were fairly easy to install. They are good quality for the price. I would recommend them. Also, customer service at BulbAmerica was excellent -- informative and helpful.
