Needed a handheld shower, and this Water Pik was exactly what we needed. Works great and has a nice shower spray unlike some that just mist you.

Love this hand shower head!!

I was amazed how powerful this shower head is. The power was fabulous and it was so easy to flip the spray options when in the shower. I was impressed that one of the options is to reduce the water output to a light trickle to save water while either washing your hair, shaving legs, etc.. I previously had an older, more expensive hand shower with a metal hose, so I just swapped out the shower head and was able to keep my metal hose. It works much better than the plastic hose that is included.

I found it to be very slippery I have soap on my hands and it’s wet. The hose is kind of stiff. Otherwise the operation and quality is average. Not overwhelmed by this product.

Works as expected and needed

Works great and have had no issues with this showerhead so far. The complaints in other reviews about the hose being too stiff is definitely warranted however it doesn't bother me personally. It does cause the showerhead to sit a little odd because the stiffness of the hose pushes it up against the wall behind it. This could be easily fixed with a replacement hose - just manage your expectations if purchasing.

Very strong massager. Liked it. I was sore the next day, good normal spray, however, it sprayed all over the painted wall in the bathroom, too. I had to return it

If you already have a handheld shower, as I do, replacing the original head with this one takes about two minutes. It works great, and having five settings instead of one is wonderful.

Should have purchased sooner

Just what I needed! The 6 setting options are great. Pressure is excellent. Easy to install. Very satisfied for the price.

The spray handle would not fit into the holder. I was given a credit.
