Product does not work and support is horrible.

I purchased the A3815-MB from Lowes to replace the old older faucet. the faucet was installed by a professional plumber. after the installation, we tried turning it on. no water came out from either the shower or the handheld.

Great product but even better customer service.

The shower and all fixtures were of great quality and very well finished. When we converted our tub/shower combo to an all tile shower only, we looked around at many options for the new shower system. We landed on this one and have not regretted it at all. This was a DIY project and when we went to install the handheld elbow, we accidentally scrapped it up. I contacted the company about purchasing a replacement elbow for it and they sent me a replacement without hesitation and sent it to us free of charge. The contact I worked with was extremely helpful and followed up with me routinely from day one and through delivery of the replacement piece which I received without issue. Again, they didn't have to send it to me at no charge as I was willing to purchase it but they did anyway. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase any of this companies products.
