This shower set up was exactly what we were looking for. Shower and handheld wand. It works perfectly for our needs and the price was very reasonable. We would definately recommend this product.

Great Shower Faucet Set Up

Not Worth The Money

This shower set has been disappointing in several ways. I will be honest that I've never had a rain style shower head; however, this didn't have any pressure and was hard to get soap out of hair, etc. Ultimately I replaced the shower head with another and it functions much better. Second, I have had to have a plumber come repair the control handles twice as there is no way to secure them to the wall so after use, the adhesive breaks down and the valves become loose. Now the center valve that controls the water temperature won't go any warmer, so I have lukewarm showers. I will have to have another plumber come out to replace the handles for the controls and hope it solves my problem. I do NOT recommend this product.

Shower plumbing fixtures

I just got it and the contractor will install in July. But it came extremely well packed and looks to be made of very high grade materials. Looks very promising!

We had this installed as part of a full bathroom reno. We really love it… the finish is really nice and the hardware has a nice weight to it. Also like that it’s thermostatic and that the shower head and handheld sprayer can both be on at the same time.

My wife and I purchased this product a couple of months ago and although we are still in the construction phase of our addition and have yet to use the shower system, we both agree that it is a very quality product. We love our Signature Hardware Callas shower system. All pieces are solid, quality pieces. I like that you can use both the hand held & rain head at the same time. I like how every day you just turn it on & the temperature is set to where you want it already. As another reviewer hinted at, I did remove a piece from the rain head & love the water pressure. I have no negative things to say about our choice to purchase this. Very happy

Gorgeous fixture. Worth the splurge.

Really beautiful fixture with a significant weighty-ness to the hand shower. I got the brushed nickel finish, which has a nice warmth to it. Also hides finger prints. The behind-the-wall parts are top quality (solid brass, no plastic) so I’m looking forward to never having to buy another shower fixture.

Excellent Product

Excellent choice for us. Beautiful design and finish, professionally installed and works great. You can use wand and shower head at same time, if desired. Nice warranty with Signature Hardware. Not sure how someone cannot be satisfied with this product.

This thing does NOT work at all. I have three plumbers looking at it. Its either give you hot water or cold water. I contacted build.com for a technical support, they sent a new system in, same issue

I beleive signature hardware makes a fine product. They are expensive, but don't cut corners. I wish they made this system so that all jets could go at once, that is my only critique of this item. I knew ahead of time so I cannot fault them for that. With some ingenuinty you can modify the plumbing to make it work though.

I am very happy so far, BUT I can not say to how it works, as the CoronaVirus has halted my bathroom install, so it is still in the box.
