BEST PURCHASE EVER !!!! You have never seen anything like this. Its very heavy and has heavy duty connectors. And one piece has a built-in level to be sure its installed correctly. I am totally over whelmed by this and will need to see what other items this company has. Packaging was custom made to cradle each piece. And it came with white gloves to protect the surface while being installed. That was a luxury touch !!!! I can't wait to get this installed next week and I'll take pictures. This was a great value - its ART that has a function. LOVE IT !!!! I bought the matching vanity faucets as well.

Do NOT buy this product! Remodeled 2 bathrooms both with this shower head. Both of them the rain shower stopped working within a month or two which has created a major costs to repair. Unless you enjoy do the work twice and the costs that comes with it. Do not buy this item!

I fell in love with this unfortunately had to return it due to the rough in not having a stop valve. When I received it I was very impressed with the unit itself it had good weight to it and looked like I would have loved it. Unfortunately since it did not meet my county's code requirements I had to sadly return it.

Beautiful product. I designed a 14 ft waterfall-like background, with the right tile, and I have windows allowing for the eve light to come in and hit the waterfall/rain coming from this product. It's spectacular and I've received voluminous compliments (as I am not a professional designer). This product compliments my design amazingly!

The shower system was part of a major bathroom remodel, after 10 times used maximum and 4 months in place the rain shower mode stopped working completely. Now to figure out how costly will be to install another system. I wish I had paid attention to the reviews that had already reported that issue. I will not recommend this particular system. Better look into other brands with better reputation like Kohler or Moen. All other fixtures we installed. From those brand are still up and running beautifully.

Best purchase I have made. Very sturdy, very well made. Can’t wait to get home every night to take a shower. The water pressure and coverage is amazing. Love it !

This shower system is most excellent. It looks like artwork I our open shower. Absolutely beautiful. It was the finishing touch our renovation needed. You will not go wrong with this one.

I've had the shower about four months. No water comes out of the shower head. I've paid an installed and put in thousands of dollars of tile and don't want to damage the tile to repair. Definitely expected better product for the price

Disappointed. Remodeled bathroom and installed this shower. Worked well for two months and then the rainfall stopped working!! Will have to open wall from bedroom adjacent to get to mechanism, not a good purchase!

Really nice product. Was fairly easy to install. Contractors had the tiles here so I could set the box in the right depth. Ran the second shower head to opposite wall for dual setup.

So far, I have been super happy shopping at Casainc. You have been very responsive and supportive and quick delivery. My remodeling project is not done yet though, so I have to admit I have not used the showers I bought from CasaInc, but the showers are installed and they look great. I hope they will function as good as they look and I am hoping they will last a long time.

Absolutely beautiful and so relaxing-- while it worked for 2 weeks! The rain option just stopped working one day although handheld and slanted stream still work. We're working on getting our money back or a replacement. I read so many great reviews and pictures looked amazing, but the rain part needs to work!! I also was sent an opened box when I purchased at full-price for a new item.

I requested this head combo shower because I had plans to upgrade my spare bathroom to give it a new look and to add more relaxing shower experience. I was gratified! This shower head is of great quality with a modern aesthetic, easy to install following the instructions, has great water pressure on both the rainfall or handheld, and offers a variety of spray modes the handheld mode, combo mode, or rainfall mode to suit different preferences. I installed it myself it was really quite easy with no plumbing work needed for new pipeline and used the existed regular old shower knob to turn on and adjust the water temperature. This rainfall two-in-one showerhead has exceeded my expectations. From the moment it was installed, the difference was significant and has exceeded my expectations. Of course, the handheld shower can be used freely to roam around the shower to clean the shower wall and shower floor.

I am very happy with the product. The only thing that I want to mention is that that handle shower should be placed on the right sight as it is shown on the package. If you do otherwise, like I did, the switch between upper shower and wired will not match the picture direction. Or at least that is what's happening in my case. I wasn't the one who installed it, cannot advise on easiness of installation. Overall very happy with the product.

Took my contractor a long time to figure out how it needed to be roughed in. There are no detailed instructions. However, it’s beautiful and I love it now. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re planning on installing it by yourself.

BUYER BEWARE. We purchased this showerhead and within a month, it stopped working. When we reached out to Casainc customer service to ask them to honor their three-month warranty, they requested a video of the issue so they could send us replacement parts. It was then that we were informed that this showerhead is not, in fact, Casainc, but a knockoff. On the date the order was placed, Casainc did not have this showerhead in stock, so they could not have shipped it; further, the product we did receive did not have the Casainc logo and was not the item as advertised. This is a fraud, and now I am out both the cost of the sham product and the replacement.

The only issue I have is I wish the rain showered could go up higher but otherwise its an excellent product for the price. it has made the shower a nice refuge from the stress of the day! Thank you!

So we just got this installed and much to our surprise we found that the faucet handle is in a completely different color. When we contacted Wayfair they indicated it was past the 30 day return and that they can’t do anything about it. When we originally got the set we checked it quickly and didn’t notice the different colors in the box. We had plumbing go wrong and didn’t have the faucet put up until all things were resolved. Now we find out it’s in a completely different color. We paid 400 for nothing. Now we’re seeking a new faucet set elsewhere because they can’t exchange the wrong piece they sent. This is the first and last time we use Wayfair. We were warned. Now we know better.

Very nice shower system. Our previous shower didn't have a handheld attachment or different modes and ive realized it comes in so handy with little kids and rinsing them off easily. The pressure is great, lots of different modes, and easy to switch modes. The flow of water seems smooth and quality is nice. It gave the bathtub a little lift and a slightly modern look. The husband tried it out this week and gave his approval too

[Rewarded Review] I rated the Casainc at 5 stars ...because

I rated the Casainc Rainfall shower at 5 stars because there aren't more stars available! This fixture 'screams' quality!! The materials used in the rainshower unit, control plates and hand wand are ALL heavy duty (especially when compared to some other brands). The 2.5 GPM of water flow is a BIG plus in my book. Another BIG plus is the fact that the Casainc comes will ALL the in-wall valves. No need to shop around for, or order other components. The product's brushed finish was perfect on every components. The installation instruction booklet could have been a bit more clear on how to install, but I doubt a tradesman would even need it (aside from a once-over look). I have never used Casainc products in the past BUT I'm a believer now!
