Valve is leaking in newly rennovated bathroom.

My contractor installed the value and shower head in December 2024. It appears to have been leaking behind the wall since installation. The tile grout is bubbling and the drywall is growing mold in our new bathroom construction. What would you recommend that we do? How should we fix this and pay for the fixes? Thank you in advance for your help!

This shower off/on value match great to the shower head - oil rubbed bronze. It did wear more than expected but the product worked well. Wear could be due to well water system.

Handle Falling off due to inside being plastic

Love the look of this product. It matched the guest shower so well. This is lightly used and the handle will not stay on even with adjustments to tighten it. The inside is cheap plastic that bends and the handle will not stay on. Would not recommend this sadly. Price is great but in the long run you will need to pay more to replace.

This is my 4th shower from Pulse company. I have 3 indoors and one shower that we put outside even if it is technically an indoor product. The first one was purchased at 8 years ago. All work great, never any problems. Great quality and great looking shower. Highly recommend this company.

Brass cracked/split after two months and leaked water all over floor. Replaced with different brand

Purchased this valve/system for shower remodel in 2021. Did thorough research (I thought), decided to give PULSE shower spa systems a try. First six months was okay, then the problems began. Loss of pressure balance made the shower effectively unusable. Plumber recommended contacting PULSE showers for cartridge replacements. Company doesn’t respond to emails, voicemails, chat messages with their representatives, nothing. Website gives wrong cartridge info. Poor quality, worse customer service.

Bought the Pulse in 2020 but had to replace it because the cartridge in the valve went bad. But their customer service is great. I just bought a new one due to repair time restrictions.

Extra valve trip not needed. Sent back.
