Poor design and poor product all the way around.

Do not buy this product! The rough in body is very difficult to determine it's proper height, it requires a mounting block to avoid building a box which then means you cannot ever access it once your subfloor is in. Be aware there is no way to turn the water supply back on unless you have the faucet already installed because they didn't supply a plug for testing or while you waiting on tile to be installed. The only work around is secondary ball valves in an access panel.

The initial faucet i purchased i had professionally installed and if you turned the faucet on and then switched to the handheld and then turned the water off without switching back from the handheld to the faucet it would geyser out the pull top.I had the company replaced it, paid a professional plumber to come back out and install the new faucet only for the new faucet to have the exact same problem. It now shoots water out of the faucet and the handheld at the same time.

Do not buy. Cartridge at the top not replaceable.

Bought January 2021 and recently started to leak from the top control handle. Contacted customer support about replacing cartridge. Cartridge is not replaceable. Contacted warranty department and got sorry out of warranty by 6 months. Told to check handheld diverter seal. Umm the diverter is totally after the control valve and would not cause a leak in the top of the unit, but would cause handheld to leak. Sorry sir that's all we got. So I'm now stuck with a leaking 700 dollar tub filler.

Really Stylish, Great Color!

WOW! What a great fixture! This is paired with the tub we also ordered from Overstock. It looks SOOOO expensive. Really happy with the brushed gold look. Very modern, very sleek. Arrived very quickly. It pairs well with a modern, updated bathroom redo.

This is a very nice floor mount faucet. However there is no mention in sales info that water supply connections are on the top side of the mount. If the floor mount is not hidden from view, a box must be constructed in order to hide the mount and water lines.

Great addition to our Bathroom!

I searched high and low for a nice-looking tub filler and was thrilled to find this one on Overstock. It was a little tricky for the plumber to install, but they were able to make it recessed into the floor to avoid having to build a base for it. This is the only reason I gave it a 4 star. Once in, it looks amazing and works exactly as it should.
