I love the sleek, modern look to this toilet paper holder. I liked it so much, I bought the same product for my bathroom when I moved. It holds the toilet paper securely and it is very easy to install.

It doesn’t fit fully on the pivoting side and looks little bad. This is a flawed design

Very stylish toilet tissue holder. However, I am having issues with the pieces often coming loose and needing to be tightened with an Allen wrench. It is very difficult to retighten. It has fallen on me as well as my guests. I was a bit embarrassed!

It’s exactly what I wanted! It’s easy to change the roll, no more dropping the center pin and having to hunt down the spring that sprung off somewhere ?

Mine will not pivot - stay away from this awful design

My product is not functional. This is just a really bad design. In addition to the negative reviews you see regarding it standing out from the wall, my pivot mechanism to allow the TP change does not work. It does not pivot at all. The part that is supposed to rotate seems frozen in place and I can't do anything to loosen it. Hopefully, the second party that sold this product will accept a return. I always buy Kohler, but this is a fail.
