Missing parts, cheap construction

I ordered this faucet to replace an old faucet primarily because the style matched the other fixtures in the bathroom. It basically could not be installed. There were missing parts and no parts list included in the box. It took my plumber 3 hours on the first try to install and trouble shoot with American Standard's customer service. After 2 more visits and more phone calls to AS, no luck. We are bailing and buying something else. Looks great, but not well made.

love the look and feel, far exceeds the faucet it replaced

I love the look of these facets. They were easy to install, but the aerator shattered the first time I turned them on. Not acceptable for the price

The package contained parts different from the instructions. I called the customer support line, and the agent tried to give me instructions for a different product. Eventually he asked me to send him photos. I did, and never heard back.

Beautiful set

The polished nickel is gorgeous-has such a pretty depth to it and the style is really pretty.

Beautiful but there is a dent or wrinkle in the finish right near the spout of the faucet. I hope to get a replacement.

Perfectly scaled for any widespread vanity set. Beautiful, clean, and easy to install. The client loves that it has an expanded line of knobs, shower heads, hooks, rods, etc., all of which were actually available to ship right away. The entire line is solid, and looks luxurious installed. This is a very good quality, reliable system.

This was a really hard faucet to find, so I was excited to find it on this site. Delivery was quick and it is now installed and looks and works great!

Installation: unboxing was simple and parts were well-protected. For my pedestal sink, I needed a plumber's wrench to fit the tight space while attaching the centerpiece.

But smaller in frame size than expected, but ideal. Compliments our existing set for tub n shower.

Purchased this line from American Standard to give the bathroom an upgraded look and I love it! Looks great!

I recently installed this faucet and I'm already in love with it. First thing you notice while unpackaging this faucet is it's sheer weight. The design of it is also very sophisticated which is something this bathroom needed. I have never held a faucet of such great craftmanship and quality. My only gripe with this faucet is the drain. I wish it was a speed connect drain or push button because I just don't like installing a pull up type drain. Other then the drain I love the faucet and its operation. Smooth handles and the water output is great. I highly recommend this wide spread faucet!!
