Smaller than Specs

The drawings show an 8.25” diameter for the eusction plate. The actual plate is 7.5” - too small for my application. I had to eat the cost.

It is a beautiful shower head and handle, however my previous shower was Delta and this American Standard does not fit the "guts" in the wall, so not sure what to do now as this was quite expensive. I didn't realize it until I had a plumber here to install, too late to send back. I wish the Wayfair specifications would have "specified" that you need compatibility, so be careful when ordering shower trim.

Very helpful! After looking all over Miami and told my old valve was from other brands American standard took the time, listened and found the right replacement shower pieces.

Return for refund is a nightmare

Not happy, I had to return a previous faucet and I still do not have my refund after a month. Multiple calls and emails are not resolving this issue
