Someone had previously purchased this product and swapped their old with the new and returned the item. I then purchased item.

Nice shower head, not too fancy but at a great price.
I love moen products. This one is the lower end of the spectrum. The value is top quality. But the handle assembly is not as tight as I would have hoped. It feels very loose.

Installed the faucet my self (not a plumber) and it works great. I have other Moen products in my house and I'm satisfied with them. That's why I bought a Moen when it was necessary to update the bathroom tub/shower.
Easy Installation and looks great!
Installed our new shower assembly and looks great. My wife loves the brushed nickel finish. Also the “heat adjustment “ is very easy to set. So no scalding water to worry about. Can’t go wrong with Moen products.

I like the look of this faucet and the shower head. I have low water pressure but this shower head seems very full maybe the old one was clogged .
