The motivation for the purchase was to help DRY the towels after use........ not as a way to have a spa experience of a warm towel after showering. It really doesn't dry towels very effectively. First of all, look at the unit and imagine hanging two towels on it with the idea of getting them dry. The towels have to be folded in half, and the bottom one hangs down way below the bottom of the unit. Sometimes we drape the towels off the side....... pretty darn ugly, and still not effective. I'm not saying it wouldn't work as a towel warmer or dryer for ONE towel....... it would. But two just doesn't work. It was installed by an electrician, so it will stay put........ for now, we dry our towels after each use in the dryer, and just use the towel warmer as a towel rack.

Towel warmer worked great for about a year but the push button panel for the 1 & 2 hour settings is no longer functional. We can control it with the back buttons but the only option is on/off. We've contacted the seller to no avail.

This is a true luxury in our bathroom. We set it up on a timer to heat our towels when we wake up in the morning. We’ve had it for a year now and it’s been great!

Attractive towel warmer. Love the on/off switch on the vertical rung with the timer built in. . Towels warm up quickly.

This is the second purchase of this item. Reason being: first one turned out so very well and I'm about to tackle second bathroom revamp. It heats up VERY quickly, and becomes hot, so some care should be taken (small children?). Then again it's a towel rail you place damp towels on after shower and a towel rail you want to have that blissful heated experience after a shower. It's the only one on the market that has a one-hour setting, two-hour setting and a safe all-day setting if you don't want to wait. Plus, when days are really cold the 24/7 setting def helps keep the bathroom warmer than without it. Anyhoo, they're not available many places right now (Covid transportation issues?) So, I grabbed it here. Free ship as well! Quick receipt, and great packing. So, all-in-all, a big win-win. I wouldn't hesitate. PS I had mine hardwired. It was easy and unnoticeable (comes through lower right hand "leg."
