Midtown Lights

Love the look of the ceiling fixture matching the Midtown light in our dining room since both are seen at the same time.

Simple and modern

This light was perfect for our home office. Looked endlessly for a flush mount with clean lines (we are remodeling it and wanted a style that would go with everything). This also nicely compliments the Capital Lighting schoolhouse style lights in the hall. I've been pleased with all our Capital Lighting fixtures, solid company.

Fashionable and easy to install

I bought this through another vendor. The fixture looks good from a distance, and is exactly what I wanted, but is cheaply constructed (made in China, for what that's worth). The instructions are worthless - convoluted and flat out doesn't represent what should be done. I'm basically a do-it-yourself klutz, so take this with a grain of salt, but the instructions do not track, step by step - it's a one size fits all set of instructions for several lamp installations. Goofy.

Easy and looks great!

We installed two of these two weeks ago in our eating area and living room. The overall look of them is darker than I thought the internet picture looked so I was glad I held off on getting dark bamboo blinds and went with the lighter ones. The fixtures were easy to install with two people and they give off great light with our LED bulbs. The fabric looks cool when lit and simply beautiful when not on. The glass at the bottom doesn't exactly fit the circumference of the fabric shade but you don't notice once it's up. We are very pleased with our purchase for our house with its slightly-beach cottage decor!

This is a super high-quality light. I installed it in my bedroom and it goes with my grasscloth wallpaper perfectly. I bought one from Home Depot that I thought would look similar for another bedroom and the other one is not even close to the quality of this one. I would definitely buy this again and highly recommend it!

Simple and Elegant

Quality light that was easy to install. It fit nicely with our beach house style and matched the brushed Nickel hardware we have in our bedroom. The three light sockets allow you to go really bright (if it is going over a dining room table) or moderately bright as we wanted in the bedroom. Would look good anywhere (bedroom entry way dining area living room).

What a wonderful purchase! My husband and I wanted a flush mounted light for our dining room since the light is in the middle of the space, not the middle of the table. This was a perfect solution. It definitely catches the eye, but it doesn't hang down into the area where people walk. We have literally gotten compliments on it from everyone who has seen it. And it was fairly easy to install-- my husband is not an electrician and most of our installations have not gone as smoothly as this one.
