Prettiest Fridge you’ve ever seen.

Beautiful refrigerator. The quad that can be changed to freezer or frig. Is a neat feature. Only complaint would be the refillable water pitcher. If door slams to hard it nudges it out of alignment just enough to keep from filling.

Great upgrade look

My husband always forget to close the doors and the beeping sound will remind you to check for the doors . They are rummy and more organized .

This is a beautiful refrigerator, and it is perfectly designed for large family just make sure you do not have a wall directly on the side as it will not allow you to open the bottom drawer.

Lowe’s made this right

I want to start off by saying that this fridge is beautiful. My problem is with quality control from GE and GE service (Bodewell). Lowe’s delivery was beautiful. They were so polite and respectful of my home and my new refrigerator. They made sure not to damage any walls or the fridge (it is a very expensive one). The first one did not get cold at all. I scheduled service with GE thinking maybe it would be something small or simple. As someone who does service on hospital equipment, I understand that things can go wrong. The service guy pulls out my fridge and is not gentle or kind to my countertop or cabinets. He isn’t worried about scratching anything and I was not happy about it. He looked at me and said he didn’t understand why I would call them instead of just having Lowe’s replace it. He said the coolant system was not functioning and it would be a major repair. I was happy to do that and decided I would not ever call Bodewell for service in the future. Lowe’s was great about making it right but it would take an additional 2.5 weeks because it was special order. My new fridge is working beautifully, the same delivery guys delivered the second one and were just as amazing. I am disappointed in GE. I couldn’t get a human on the phone and the service guy was awful.

Love the look and function.

Love the look and function of the four door fridge and freezer. The biggest surprise is the entire back wall of the fridge being lit. I can now see everything in the fridge. No more losing stuff in the back. The freezer makes tons of ice and the water pitcher in the door is extremely practical.

We've had this fridge for a year now and I'm still smitten! I wanted a good quality fridge that would hold more fridge items vs freezer foods. We have a full size freezer so we don't need a lot of freezer room I'm the kitchen. The bottom right quad can be fridge or freeze so we use it for drinks and condiments! This fridge is huge! Loads of room, love the slide out wine holder on bottom right quad and drawers! Water dispenser on left front is excellent with a smart fill-fills your cup automatically ! It's also very bright lit inside. I hate the wasteful slide out freezers where things can fall in. I also didn't want a slide out lunch meat drawer. This is the best fridge ever. I'm so glad we bought it. It's expensive but man it checked all the buttons off my list!

Brand new and can't get the water pitcher to fill

This is a beautiful refrigerator and I absolutely love it, EXCEPT that I can't get the water pitcher to fill. It took over 24 hours for us to get ice, but they did warn us. The first ice was a scary gray color. There are ice crystals all over everything in the freezer.

Great Features

Very happy with my purchase, favorite feature is the large amount of ice cubes it produces, and the auto fill jar. The platinum glass doors give it an elegant look and they are super easy to clean.

The Fridge itself is great. Door leveling issues

From the first day in December 2022, there was an issue trying to level the upper right door, which was noticeably higher. Trying to turn the wheel didn't work. GE support sent someone out (25 year vet) who also could not get it to move. He was able to adjust the left door a bit, which helped. However, both are now slightly off. Not sure what causes this. But it would otherwise be a great fridge with plenty of storage (non-counter depth version) and options.

A flexible quadrant is a game changer

There is so much space in this fridge. The door shelves are very deep and hold more than an average for shelf. My favorite feature is the flexible quadrant that can be freezer, refrigerator or chiller. We have a separate stand up freezer so having another section that we can dedicate to refrigerator is an amazing benefit!

Beautiful inside and out!

It is a beautiful refrigerator inside and out, it just doesn't feel like it has as much room as my 27cu. ft Whirlpool had. I am not sure if it is the use of shelf space or what, but I feel like if it did not have the refrigerator at the bottom that it would definitely be too small.

It took a bit for them to get this refrigerator in stock, but once they did, it was delivered quickly and the guys did a great job. Have on my had it for a day now, but it has so much room and looks amazing! So far so good!

No manual

Really excited to get this refrigerator / freezer up and running.....but no manual provided. Wasted my time having to go online to review and print manual. For the price of the unit, it should have been included -- customer service!!!

Unlike many other reviewers I actually paid for this refrigerator and it is worth every dollar. Not only is it stunningly beautiful, it makes it so easy to completely organize all of your food within it- especially the freezer. I had a similarly styled four door convertible refrigerator previously which was larger than this one (31 cubic feet) and I was concerned about the smaller size and let me tell you this one completely blows away both in looks and storage- I don't know how they did it but it holds more stuff! Highly recommend!

Love everything about it!

We have only had it a month but so far we love everything about this refrigerator! The ice maker isn't the fastest, but the ice storage capacity is so large that once it finally filled up, we have not run out of ice at all, and our household uses a lot of ice! The auto refill feature on the water pitcher is fantastic, and I love that I can pull the pitcher out to fill the coffee maker, dog's water dish or just to set out for guests to fill their own water glasses.

I've always had an affinity for nice gadgets, electronics, appliances, vehicles... Big, shiny, lots of "bells and whistles" - luxury. This refrigerator checks all of the boxes. Roomy but sleek, and makes use of every square inch of space; water with removable glass pitcher and large ice dispenser hidden neatly inside; multiple temperature zones so foods will stay fresher longer; drawers and shelves for anything and everything; illuminated all throughout so there's no nook or cranny for things to hide. GE thought of it all. We have enjoyed sipping perfectly-chilled glasses of wine from the temperature controlled section we designated. What a time to be alive!
