Major Disappointment

This product was plugged in for 2 days and blew hot air the entire time. Never cooling down. I have been dealing with GE for over 2 weeks trying to get the issue addressed. It is quite frustrating to have a brand new refrigerator in your home that doesn't work during the holidays.

Nice fridge, but some issues.

Seems to work well. Very solid. Like the meat drawer and the option to move it to both sides. On the down side, it is very noisy. Also, the only way to level it is with feet on the front. So, that means it is off the wheels. Also, if your floor is unlevel on the back side, there aren't any good options.

Not Working!!!

Delivered on Nov. 15th quite working on Nov. 20th and blowing Hot air! I got this for the garage to use for Thanksgiving and it goes out, brand new appliance. This is terrible quality. This is not a reliable appliance. Now I am waiting for a tech to come out in 5 days which is super frustrating.

Bought the Same Model Again - it must be good

I bought this to replace my old refrigerator that was damaged in the hurricane. It is the exact same size and model as the old one. I think my older model had better quality shelves and options for the fruits and vegetable storage spaces. The new replacement is a decent product but they really don't make 'em like they used to.

Very dependable fridge.

We purchased this fridge to replace the same model we purchased and had for 18 years. The new one seems roomier inside. We never needed service on the one we replaced, it was making a lot of noise when running and we figured it’s time was up and didn’t owe us anything. Never got it checked, just replaced.

Well made product. I expect it will last. My only issue was I had to install the freezer ice maker. I wish it were included.

New Fridge

This fridge is quite handsome but I'm sorry that it lacks the room of my old one (even though the dimensions were the same. Only two shelves on the door will not accommodate our array of condiments so I'm missing the three shelves we had before. The fridge motor is quiet and it is keeping the freezer icy and the box cold.

I just received my GE Refrigerator and really like it, inside and out. I always loved GE and was happy to purchase a GE refrigerator. Believe it or not, I have a GE dishwasher that still works from 1998-GO GE!!!!! When my dishwasher stops working, I am definitely buying a GE.

Worked for 7 years now there are issues

I purchased July of 2017. Now is August 2024. The freezer magnetic strip doesn't keep it shut and there is a weird noise coming from the refrigerator. I purchased the 5 year extended warranty, but now it's out of warranty. Hopefully it can be fixed for an economical price.

Absolutely love my new fridge. Amazing aesthetic, cold temperatures for both fridge and freezer, perfect for edible foods for absolute freshness! Very easy to maneuver around - highly recommend.

Nice features

Nice smaller refrigerator. Has great features for home use.

Great fridge and holds more than our last one did somehow, despite having the same dimensions. We love the glass shelves and the chrome finish, though it does attract fingerprints.

fridge doesnt stay cold on the bottom half

The freezer works fine and stays really cold but the refrigerator on the bottom half stays just barely cold. The butter on the door is soft when i take it out to use. So definetly not keeping all thr groceries cold
