I am glad I bought this fireplace, it’s very big and looks so beautiful

Not sure why this is coming up for review! But when it arrived over a year ago, the box was damaged and the fireplace was 2 different colors. I ordered the cherrywood color and receive the front part in cherrywood with the sides in white. WTH. It was of course returned and I decided to purchase a different fireplace elsewhere! Would have given 0 stars!

There was a damaged piece we noticed when unboxing it, but Real Flame was immediately responsive and corrected the issue. The finish carpenter we hired to install it remarked about how well constructed the fireplace was, and he couldn't believe it was made of "real wood." We love, love it!

This is a quality piece of furniture and fireplace insert. It completely changed the look and feel in my home. I absolutely love it every day! It's the same size as a traditional fireplace and has a real mantel.

We are so happy with our Callaway Grand Electric Fireplace. After doing much research and reading reviews we decided to go ahead and make the purchase. We are extremely happy with the result. What a statement piece that has transformed our family room! Arrived with no damage and went together easily. The flames are very realistic as well. Very pleased.
