Brilliant product, and amazing customer service

I purchased 5 cambridge vanities of various sizes for my home remodel. I was initially skeptical buying based on online reviews and pictures, but am very happy with the product. All of them are very well made and high quality, and came packaged very well. But even better, was the customer service and team. We ordered the SAME vanity (different color and slightly different size) back in February and we love the product. The only difference this time was that 2 of the drawers arrived with "snapped" screws on the drawer mounting. (We were focused mostly on the edges, legs, etc.) We figurerd it all out and we are very pleased with the results.

Love the new vanities

I purchased a 48” & 54” vanity. It was packaged extremely well and both arrived without any shipping damage. The 54” had a blemish on the bottom drawer and when I contacted customer service, they stated they could send a repair kit since ordering a replacement drawer would take some time. If the repair was unsuccessful, to let them know and they would order the replacement. I couldn’t ask for anything better than that. I also received brushed nickel drawer pulls and asked if they could be switched for black and they were mailed the same day as the request was made. Great customer service and very good quality cabinets as well. Ordering direct was cheaper than other places that carry the cabinets and the customer service is great as well.

Quality Product

This vanity is beautiful and well constructed. It arrived via freight delivery fully assembled and had no shipping damage. The only caution I would mention is that it takes about 14 business days to get this vanity if you live outside California. Company is ver helpful and responsive.

Vanity

Well built! Dove tail drawers & and pocket screw construction. Mostly solid wood construction. Only issue I have is that the adjustors on the legs are hard to access and move when vanity is set in place.

Can anyone tell me if it is brushed nickel or chrome on the white vanity? I can't tell by the pictures.

Because I was replacing my bathroom vanity that was surrounded by 3 walls I needed to take advantage of every inch of space for storage. Because of my color scheme I wanted the very dark even Black Vanity base. The Ariel Cambridge vanity was my solution and I'm very pleased with the construction and the amount of storage space I have.

Beautiful and well made, very happy with the product

It looks nice but the drawers don't work well

It looks just like the picture and is solidly built. Unfortunately, the drawer sliders are absolutely horrible. The drawers stick when trying to open them and they do not open smoothly. It took my contractor 10 minutes to get two drawers to even open at all b/c they were completely stuck. For the price I paid, I should have smooth opening drawers. It would be a massive pain to return, so I'm just stuck regretting my purchase for the next 10 years. Do not recommend purchase.

Solid and heavy

Nice solid vanity with nice finish. My only complaint is the drawer guides. They are nice metal guides but some don't close well. I will have to try to figure out how to adjust them, if you can.
