Wish I had read the reviews before buying!

We purchased this faucet without looking any further than what it looked like on the showroom floor. Beautiful yes, quality is poor!! The handle won't stay tight and keeps coming loose. Daily I have to keep tightening the screw that holds the two pieces together. I do not recommend purchasing this item. Wish I could get the $996.61!!

Similar to another review on this site, we’ve had same issue with lose handle. This faucet is not worth the money you pay for it. The nozzle doesn’t retract back into the head of faucet easily. You have to fight to get it to go back inside completely. The neck of faucet and the handle are always loose. I’ve had two different plumbers out here and it cannot be fixed. When we called Rohl they indicated the amount of “give” in faucet and handle were “within an acceptable range” of movement. It’s absolutr garbage. There is also a white plastic piece that keeps falling out of the neck of faucet and the nozzle always seems to be sucking air (makes a clicking noise when faucet is on). NEVER BUY this product.

Beautiful faucet, loose handle, lack of secondary weighted ball.

We found weighted ball included is no where near affective enough to seat nozzle back in position, it could benefit from magnet to secure nozzle seating, handle not as durable, and secure to faucet control arm as seen in showroom. Handle is already coming loose, and it’s not easy to access where /how handle needs to be tightened down. For the money I expected more reliability within the first month and a half on ownership. Will be following up with manufacturer warranty if it has one.
