Love the look of it and was easy to install am not very satisfied with the tightness the pull out sprayer sits into the faucet-too weak of a magnetic connection?! Sometimes slightly slips down when not in use and can see a space-ruins the sleek look.

I bought it about 2 years ago. The pull down started leaking after about a year so wasn’t really durable at all.

Love the square design. The color looks closer to a rubbed bronze. I was expecting the black stainless to be lighter from a picture in the store. It would be good to have a sample piece rather than a paper picture of items sold only online.

Problems with Black finish - but Kohler stood by their product

Despite "Limited Lifetime Warranty” for this faucet, when my Matte Black finish began peeling and flaking in several areas after 2 years, Kohler informed me that particular finish was not covered, only the faucet mechanism, but they offered a courtesy replacement.

Don’t buy. It is not the same one as before COVID

I bought this right before COVID and now. The head does not retract into the hose as nicely as before. I took apart the headpiece. Old one has a magnet in it which helps the final pull into the hose. New one does not and it is held on by plastic clip. New one needs help to fully retract whereas old one barely does

Matte Finish Peels off

Product Failure

I purchased the Kohler Faucette over two years ago (September 2021) and my experience has been disappointing. After just one year of use, the product's performance deteriorated significantly, with low pressure and a substantial reduction in hot water flow. When I contacted Kohler, the customer service was only available on weekdays, and the initial response was to send a replacement valve, which took two weeks and my time to replace. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue, and on the second call, they sent an entirely new unit, which took an additional two weeks to arrive. While the replacement worked fine initially, it has now failed again after a year.

Not your standard black faucet

Beautiful faucet. Not matte and could come across looking a little bit bronze under the black but it goes well with my kitchen so I like it a lot. Not super black.

Looks beautiful, works like a dream. Love the flat spray feature. So much better than our previous faucet. We did not install it ourselves, but our plumber had recommended the Kohler brand and mentioned after completing the installation that this one was easy to install.

Disappointed in Kohlet

The paint started chipping within a year. Two years now and it’s looking very awful. Koehler had not respond to any email. Very disappointed. Would never again buy their product.

Never buy Kohler again

Within a year the finish started peeling. Now it is getting unbearable. Koehler has not responded to emails.

Love this faucet!

Love this faucet! The sprayer has good power with 2 different modes. The hose has good reach. We have a huge sink and appreciate that. The black stainless is beautiful. We upgraded our appliances and cabinet pulls to black stainless and absolutely love the look. It’s easy to clean. Very happy with this purchase.

Chipping after two years

We loved this faucet but unfortunately the finish is chipping after two years of use. We did reach out to Kohler and they are giving us a part to replace but will not offer full replacement.

Pésima calidad

Aparenta ser de buena calidad, pero tan pronto se instaló las piezas se empezaron a desarmar, dejando ver plásticos baratos de mala calidad en las uniones y ensambles. Si van a comprar una supuesta buena marca sugiero vean otra alternativa. Muy mala relación calidad precio. Se devolvió al día siguiente pero además del tiempo perdido y la frustración, a pagar dos veces al plomero.

Great Faucet, but Soap bottle failed

The kit was easy for the plumber to install and I'm very satisfied with the quality. I sometimes just look at it because it looks great. However.... The soap dispenser bottle broke off at the top. There was soap all over the storage space under my sink and some even dripped into the hole around the main water drain. The only reason I'm back here is to try and find a replacement or a warranty or something. It's pretty annoying, actually. But the faucet part works great.
