It does what it is supposed to do.

Hubs boils water for iced tea st least 2x per week. He is happy with this. Window to see level is critical!! Switches seem a little skimpy so hope they last.

New kettle looks great our kitchen, but too soon to judge quality. Easy to clean with large opening. Blue LED light is hit with kids. Not as hot to touch as steel or glass kettles. Happy so far.
