Trimmable and pretty

I had to find something trimmable for our shower, this is. I wanted something that looked high quality without spending a fortune. This is beautiful, cleans easily and was easy for the builder to put up. It needs to be glued to the wall surface but he didn't have any problem with it and this was his first experience with this product. It has corner trim included to finish off the walls. The biscotti is a cream color with some light browns and soft grays. I ove my new shower!

This is an excellent product. This is a very heavy material to handle alone if you get the 96” tall one. The description and instructions on HD website is wrong as it does not come with 4 tubes of silicon. They stopped shipping with the product due to breakage of tubes during shipment. It looks great and installs easily per instructions.

Finish on this is questionable. The surface is a matt finish. I wonder with the ability to to keep clean. This was installed in a rental unit. The back side of the panels are glossy. You would think this would be on the side that is exposed.

looks like tile with the hassle

love it! pre warning it is heavy af. but once up it looks fantastic.

I wanted this for my guest bath. First order came severely damaged. Reorder was for a shower not the tub surround I ordered.

Our shower turned out really nice! I really love it, the packaging needs to be a little better because both times we had damage to the walls, other than damage issues on receiving product, the shower walls look beautiful I’m very happy with it ????

When we received the package and got it home we opened and checked the contents. The box was in horrible shape with numerous holes punched into it. We even found a nail stuck through the cardboard box. We then checked the directions that came with it and looked at the included items on the list. We found out that it was missing the tubes of silicon that the list said was included. I contacted transolid about this and was told that they don't include the silicone and that home depot should have told us this when purchased. This is contrary to what was included in the packing list included in the box which said there were 6 tubes of silicone included. Would not recommend buying.

Beautiful surround, no adhesive in the package

The surround is very attractive and looks really durable, but we had to make a run to the hardware store because the adhesive was NOT included in the box.

Looks fantastic. Very easy to cut if necessary and easy to install. Very happy with it.

People think it's tile!

Looks like we tiled around tub, multiple people have assumed that it's actual tiles. Lightweight for installation. Easy to clean. Worth it!

No grout!!

Beautiful surround. I am very happy with it overall.

You'll need 2 people to install back panel.

Thick and sturdy material with a nice finish with light gray accents. Used on a 32 x 60 tub with a 36" wall on the faucet side and trimmed the other side to 32" and that provided a 4" strip for material to fill in below the surround along the tub skirt on the 36" wall.

I looked all over for a REAL nice shower wall. The pictures online don't capture the beauty and quality of this shower wall. These wall panels are so heavy and thick. They are made to look like marble, and the lines are indented to simulate grout lines without the maintenance. The back side is smooth with marble pattern. It comes with 2 corner matching strips to cover the seams between the 2 walls. I have narrow stairs, and the center panel barely fit up the stairs. Be sure to measure your stairway. Also, if you need to cut these panels, cut them before taking them to the bathroom where they will be installed. Silly me... I took it all the way up to the 3rd floor, to only have to take it down to the 2nd floor onto the deck to cut, and back up to the 3rd floor - great workout. it comes with 2 tubes of acrylic sealant and 2 silicone sealant. We followed the installation instructions but did some tailoring to my liking. Because these panels are so thick, they do not bend like the thinner, less expensive ones. If you are going to stay in your house for many more years, I recommend that you pay more and get these. It's worth the investment. This is definitely a job that requires 2 people. One person is doable, but I do not recommend it due to the size and weight, and complicity of installation.
