Horrible Product
The stand looks beautiful. The hammock itself is not a bad product. However, if you hang the hammock all the way to the actual ring and not even one link on the chain, you will be sitting on the ground. When I ordered this product for my husband’s 60th birthday, they only delivered the hammock. When I called Lowe’s customer service (someone on their laptop on their couch), I was instructed to return the hammock to my local Lowe’s and start the process over because was not a second box in route with the stand. So, I returned the hammock as instructed. Two days later the stand arrived. I was then told I could return to my local store and pick up the hammock that I was previously instructed to return. I was generously offered a discount on my second purchase of this item. After unboxing and building the stand my husband sat in the hammock, directly on the ground. I wish I was exaggerating. We will dismantle everything and return tomorrow.

The longer bolts for the arm connecting to the legs were too sort. I had to go to the hardware store and buy four longer bolts.

It is beautiful, strong, and nice to look at!! It is comfortable and I would buy it again, if I ever needed another hammock!!

Terrific customer service! Had a slight defect in the item I purchased and they had a replacement in the mail the next day.
