Arrived damaged

Tub arrived cracked, replacement tub arrived and Build.com will not pick up damaged tub which is still sitting in my driveway.

horrible tub

Wr received this tub and during installation, our plumber notified us that the tub drain included is too short. My husband went to 3 plumbing supply stores and could not find a drain that would work. We then notified Signature for a solution and they simply sent us the same drain. All the while, we have a 2500 dollar tub sitting in a newly redone bathroom that is unusable. We copied Ferguson with our issue as well. Signature then told us that they were making us a drain to fit. Well, no follow up email was responded to by Signature regarding when this part was being shipped to us. No response to our emails. This is obviously an issue that should have been addressed when this tub was manufactured!!! Where is the quality control??????? DO NOT BUY
