Two duds, hoping third tub is the charm

We had ordered this tub in the white gloss finish and it arrived with a chip in the rim and another area near the rim that had obviously been repaired. We purchased the tub as new, not refurbished, and had to return it. The second tub was delivered (this time in matte finish) and had a weird difference in sheen for about an inch all around the rim. That tub is being returned as well. Can you please ensure that the next tub to arrive has been through a thorough quality control and is ready for install? This is setting our bath completion back a significant length of time, and we paid a premium for this tub. I didn’t take a pic of the second tub, but our contractor took one and agreed the finish was poorly done at the rim. I’m sure your firm doesn’t like return shipping fees — please emphasize to your employees the need for quality work

I am very pleased with the tub. Took 5 guys to carefully carry it up stairs and around corners. Had our second floor flooring reinforced to hold this beautiful tub. Installation went well. No problems. I have taken many baths since installation with no issues. Cleaning is simple with a gentle cleanser and washcloth. Water stays hot until my fingers wrinkle and it's time to step out. I love my new bathroom.
