Professional installed tub. Tub water intake on the inside of the tub is leaking! This is supposed to be a factory sealed component! The tub may need to be ripped out and replaced as this part is very hard to access. SMH!

Absolutely beautiful tub! Plumber hasn’t hooked it up yet. New construction. It did have a break in the lip of the edge but the tile should cover this. Wayfair gave me a fair amount for the damage and I am very pleased with the customer service and delivery service.

Happy with purchase

We were very pleased with our purchase. We had looked all over the Internet searching for an off+white tub. Finally happening upon the build website. They had multiple tubs to choose from, so happy. The delivery of our tub was fast.

A brand that lost its luster

The Jacuzzi brand dates back to the 1970s and has been a premium brand. Premium brands should be backed by available parts and service. Perhaps because it has been bought by private equity firms, Jacuzzi now seems to be trading on its past. I needed to fix my drain with a $0.50 washer/gasket. Jacuzzi does not sell such a basic wear item, but instead asks you to spend over $100 for an entire new drain assembly. Be careful. You're no longer getting the benefit of a premium product.

Defective product and TERRIBLE working w/ JACUZZI

We are doing home renovations and once installed it was determined that the JACUZZI tubs motor didn’t work. JACUZZI has been awful to work with. We have had to have a plumber and electrician come out to try and diagnose. They both said this is JACUZZI’s issue. We have been waiting a month for JACUZZI to come fix the tub per our warranty and NOTHING. This has held up our renovations and costs us in other areas. You’d think for such an expensive product that JACUZZI would fix the issue

Excellent tub

Perfect tub for me! I’m a petite sized woman and a bit on the smaller side so if you are looking for a larger tub you may want to check the measurements. Overall very happy with the deep depth, jet pressures and the and heater is worth it for longer jetted soaks.

Access panels in the skirt. There was no mention of it anywhere, panel covers aren’t flat or square they look like junk. The over flow drain was marred when the hole was cut. Very disappointed in the quality. I miss the days when made in USA was a statement of good craftsmanship and pride. I had to keep it because I waited 2 1/2 months for it and I had no other options.

SO SMALL!

This tub is extremely small.... VERY SMALL. Even our plumbers where shocked how small this tub was. So unless you're a tiny, tiny person... I would pass. Plus, it arrived (finally after 5 weeks) and it was cracked. So that was not great.

Love my tub!

I REALLY love this tub. I had a limited amount of space to work w/ and had my fingers crossed I would not feel crowded. Initially I had selected a slightly different model, one w/out the inside arm rests, thinking it would feel more spacious. That one was out of stock so I went w/ this one. NO REGRETS. I find the arm rests very comfortable and am glad they are there. The electronics on this model are basic; jets on or off. You can adjust the individual jets manually, open, close, directionally. I would have liked perhaps 2 more jets on the back, more to the center on either side of the bather's spine, but that's just me. As to comfort of size, I am 5'6", 150 lbs.

I did not realize the back of the tub did not slant completely. The lower ridge make it impossible to lie back comfortably and relax. The pictures did not give a view iof the back. My first tub arrived broken. I’ll never order anything with out seeing it first.

Beveling on overflow hole is terrible

I’m having to hand file the overflow hole on a $2,300 dollar tub to get the overflow drain mounting bracket to fit snug. Is this normal? This is not mentioned in the installation guide and I’m using all jacuzzi parts.

For the price, will expect better

I gave a 3 stars because the tub is not square, very hard to put tiles without lots of extra work. the front left panel don't align very well, so you see the difference with right side. other than that the tub is deep and very comfortable.

Brand new tub, air button does not turn off jets....

Brand new tub, air button does not turn off jets. Have not been able to get ahold of jacuzzi or get a call back. Warranty must be submitted 30 days from purchase date. 2 weeks for tub to show up at Home Depot. Another week for me to come in and pick it up, didn’t even get to test it before the warranty needed to be received. Very frustrated to deal with this

I would have rated this excellent but the area of the drain shoe on the underside of the tub wasn’t smooth and that made it a challenge to seal. We had to reset the tub 3 times. Jets work as they should. Motor is louder than anticipated.

Great Whirlpool Tub - No problems in 20 years

This tub has been great for 20 years. We are remodeling and need to upgrade the tub and walls as well as our countertop, sink and floor. I have searched for other tubs to replace this one and can't find anything I like better. We have had no mechanical problems with this tub for 20 years. My only issue is that the jet cavities have turned a moldy brown over the years. We have hard water, which probably adds to the problem of mineral deposits. Our shower cleaning products have not been able to keep the jet cavities clean. I like that you can adust the direction of the jets as well as the force. This tub is also one of the deeper ones you can find, which is nice. And the price point is not bad. I also like the slip-resistant bottom. It could actually be a little MORE slip resistant if you are taking a shower.
