Many things wrong

The faucet was great in the beginning. Then after about 4 years the finish on the pull out head started bubbling and chipping off. Then the sensor had stopped working after numerous attempts to correct. This is all within 4-5 years. Now a couple of years later the thing leaks from the valve nonstop. There is no parts list on the site and yet to here back from customer service. So I am not sure what the valve replacement is or where to get it? I'm guessing you can get the same type with as many problems on Amazon for 60 bucks versus 200 plus. I would avoid!

Worked well until it didn’t

We had this faucet for 3 1/2 years, no issues and then it started not turning or turning on for a few seconds and then off for a long time. Changed batteries, unplugged h what was suggested to unplug, did all the recommended fixes, it didn’t work. Contacted company and they were willing to replace the whole thing under the 5 yr warranty, but I wasn’t able to find my receipt and Lowes was useful in helping. The manual setting would not work either. It seems to be an issue with most touchless faucets. The fact you can’t use it at all, no auto manual switch or manual doesn’t work is a major inconvenience. We purchased a MOEN regular faucet to replace this one. We are a busy family, maybe we wore it out.

The faucet is coming apart

My faucet was professionally installed. After just three months the cheap plastic part that holds the pull out sprayer started coming out every time I pulled. I have to use two hands for the sprayer to be held in place inside the faucet! So much for touchless! So I stopped using the pull out. Now the motion activation stopped working! I have tried everything: reset, changed batteries - no water was coming out untill i disconnected the touchless feature! What a disappointment! Please help.

Love, hate relationship

You will love that if your hands are dirty you just put your hands under the faucet and it comes on to wash them without making a mess on the handle BUT if you are washing dishes or reach past it for anything it comes on or shuts off usually the opposite of what you wanted. I guess if you get used to it and go around the sensor it will be great because it does exactly what it was designed to do but it's probably going to take awhile to remember. You can just take the battery out and make it a normal faucet but then why did I spend the extra for a motion sensor. Seems like good quality so far.

Delivery was delayed for some reason even though the alleged number of in stock units was around 1000 or so. But on to the product! Once received, I was impressed with the packaging, the faucet itself was well protected from scratches. Install was easy and the instructions clear. So far, it works well and the two features my wife likes the most are: auto on and off when using the spray function; and auto off if you forget to turn it off. All in all a great faucet.

Hesitant at first, but not now

We wanted a high arc automatic faucet but hesitant at gadgetry. First of all, the hesitation was not warranted. Aside from blending beautifully with our new black sink (black ia the worst to match), it has operated flawlessly. You can control whether it operates automatic or manual so you dont have to commit. The pull down starts the water automatically and shuts off when the hose is returned. And if youre worried about cats accidentally turning it on when youre not home (ours avoids the sink now — bonus :) the faucet will automatically shut off after five minutes (a feature not well mentioned). Of course that’s assuming you just don’t turn off the handle. Its met all of our expectations during the last three months of constant use. Recommended
