Success!

While it took us awhile looking for faucet’s,we finally asked for help.Of course,I lost her card! It was a Mon,11-4. Anyway,she took time with us,showed us things,answered questions. We settled on a Build(Ferguson) product. My husband switched out the old for the new,with absolutely no problem!

Signature hardware faucet and polished brass

Nice faucet for the price. Was a little disappointed that the head of it is plastic which I guess most of them are now. Mine was brilliant brass finish. Overall I am happy with it!

Felt cheap

Felt cheap. Dripped after being turned off for several seconds. Had to push up sprayer to sit correctly. Purchased both full sized faucet and bar faucet. Not worth the steep price tag.

Spray/Stream functions stopped working

Poor quality. Worked great at first; but after less than 2 years, the spray/stream buttons get stuck, and won't release. Now I'm left with a small stream in the middle, and low pressure spray one the periphery.

Terrible faucet

Terrible product. Barely lasted a year before it falls apart. Doesnt stay off, buttons don’t work, inefficient. Cheap quality.

This faucet is very attractive. I will say that the pull down feels lose. I am not sure if this can be adjusted but be aware during the installation process.

Handle defective- keeps water running

This faucet failed because each time you turned the water on & off, as soon as you turned your back, the water came gushing on again! The handle just slowly falls down to wide open water flowing. Just when you think you have turned it off, there it goes again! Not only is extremely frustrating, it is wasting a lot of water & could potentially cause an overflow of water into the kitchen. Had a plumber come out to try & fix it. Took it apart & put it back together. Still defective. Bad design. Look at another brand.
