We are enjoying our new kitchen faucet. It is easy to keep clean and easy to use. We love it.

Finish is chipping

We bought a brand new build and this faucet was installed in the kitchen. It’s been 14 months and the finish is chipping, showing the metal beneath. That has never happened to me before with a faucet.

cheap quality and parts do not fit

I bought this to replace a previous signature hardware faucet that looked almost identical but was chrome and, with the new kitchen remodel, need to have a stainless finish.

Beautifully crafted with great features!!

I’m a returning customer of many years. I love every single piece I have purchased from Signature Hardware. Beautifully designed and crafted out of heavy medal construction (no plastic parts). I love the customer service and ease of speaking to a live human.

Doesn’t function well as a pull-down

The only way you can pull down this faucet is to turn on the sprayer. So I had to rig it with rubber bands to stay down enough to be able to pull it without splattering water all over.

Replacement Kitchen Water Faucet

Does the job as a replacement. Note that there is a small water restrictor in the unit that should be removed in order to get full water flow. It's not clearly cited in instructions. Also, control stick has limited range flexibility (90 degrees not 180 degrees)

0 water pressure, short pull down hose, difficult to ride. Perfect if you want a solely decorative piece

Customer loves the faucet!

Lousy water pressure and difficult to pull down

This faucet has TERRIBLE water pressure! We worked on it for hours trying to figure out what might be blocking it. Then went on line to the Signature faucet website only to find out that 2 out of the 3 reviews said the same thing and the people were very unhappy with it. Found that others had this problem on Build.com in addition to the other issue - the hose does not pull down or retract easily. Beautiful faucet, poor design.

Pull-out nozzle ... design / use issues

Pull out nozzle not only difficult to pull out, but also doesn't retract ... even with extra weight. The plumber explained this is because all 3 braided hoses (hot water, cold water, nozzle) is too much friction against to slide easily. Not sure what I can do now that it's all in :/

So disappointed

This faucet is good looking, but so little water comes out of it it’s worthless for the kitchen sink. I am so disappointed. We bought many Signature Hardware items for our remodel and everything else worked out wonderful. Sadly we are going to have to purchase a replacement. For almost $400 I would expect better quality.

Beware!!!

This faucet was professionally installed. The plumber told me it was terribly made and warned us. We ignored him and wish we didn’t!

looks great, terrible water pressure

i love the look of this faucet and that the pull out sprayer is hidden but the water pressure is terrible. it takes over 10 seconds to fill up a glass of water. it dropped off significantly after being installed for a month

Installed for only a week now and immediately I can you that the concealed sprayer is not a good user experience at all. Other reviewers have already touch on the key points why. Redeeming factors = Looks gorgeous, feels solid, and we have been super pleased with the pressure. Excellent sprayer pattern - doesn't splash back all over the place.

Awesome faucet!!!

I have purchased all my fixtures from build and everything is well made at a great price. This faucet is fantastic. My plumber even said this is better built than most of the higher end stuff that he installs.

This is a beautiful faucet, but we just wanted something that felt a little bit more solid to the touch. We never installed it, so can't be totally sure, but it seemed like we'd be fighting it a little bit to get it to retract, even with the heavy counterweight, because the tubing inside if ribbed. I'd say overall this is a nice, mid-grade faucet.
