Great Faucet
Great Faucet. Had one in our previous home and are now installing onr n our new home. Looks good (like the low profile - less splashing) and easy to install. No bling, just does what a faucet is supposed to do!
I wanted to buy this somewhere else but I found it at a better price than I found it elsewhere. The product is okay - the price was perfect - can't beat it - I would have preferred a "high arc" handle, but it is what it is. It is serving its purpose

There's really nothing wrong with this faucet, it's just seems a bit off. The handle seems to have places it stops adjusting as you try to change water temp. If you rotate it to all hot or all cold, you have to move it twice, even if you think you moved it all the way hot or cold. It may have something to do with what I'll call stubby handle (short) that doesn't give your enough leverage if you just bump or backhand the handle.

While I love my new Moen faucet, the lever takes a bit to get used to. My old one had a longer handle and could easily adjust the temperature with the water full on. This one is difficult to swing in the up position. Not a big deal, just something to get used to. My only complaint is the sprayer. It’s really pretty and shiny and that’s the problem. It’s so slick with wet hands that I can’t get a good enough grip to aim it and squeeze the handle. Tonight while I was rinsing dishes, it slipped around and I was sprayed in the face. Not fun with very hot water. Overall a god faucet. Would buy again but I hope I don’t have to.

Once I had the old faucet removed, installation was easy. Instructions were clear, and I especially liked the snap together connection for the sprayer. Excellent pressure through the sprayer. My wife isn't happy with the pressure through the faucet, but that's because of the flow restrictor, so I may remove it for her. Once the old faucet was removed, it only took about 10 minutes to install. I would recommend having another person available to hold the faucet in position while tightening the retaining nuts so it stays straight. I paid a little more for this highly rated faucet and am 100% happy with the purchase and self-installation.

After fighting with, replacing parts, and eventually giving in to the futility of water-related entropy, I bought this faucet to replace one that is hopefully now in household fixture hell. This Moen works nicely. The sprayer is a full-power sprayer, not the half-faucet-half-sprayer kind that belongs in water-diverter purgatory. I'm suspicious of the quick release hose system, but it hasn't leaked a drop so far. Still, I'm watching you, hose.

The easy part was setting the new faucet in the sink and connecting the sprayer hose. The hard part was removing the old faucet and dealing with the house plumbing. The faucet head swings easily, the knobs are easy to turn, and the sprayer works like it should. The reason I'm only giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because the knob for the hot water gets condensation in it after running the hot water. See the pictures below.
Perfect!
Love this faucet! Installation went perfectly and easily. Moen makes wonderful products, we love the finish, the easy move of the handle, water comes out in a smooth steady strong stream when you need more pressure.

I purchased this to replace a 25 year old drippy faucet. I helped my husband install it. (Mostly supervised.) The first thing we noticed was how much lighter and flimsier this faucet is than the old one. The second thing we noticed is that the old faucet had two long screws on the underside of the deck plate to stabilize the faucet, and the new one does not, so it doesn't feel as sturdy as the old one when installed. The installation was very simple--the hardest part was removing the old faucet. The new one looks great and is blessedly dripless. The side sprayer is plastic but looks like chrome. The handle is easy to operate and is marked with a handy red and blue dot so you'll know which side is hot/cold. The sprayer doesn't drip and has the right amount of pressure. I don't have to pull it out very far to wash the sink. I wondered whether I should have bought the commercial model of this faucet, but I'd say that so far, overall, I'm satisfied with this one.

Bought this faucet to replace an American Standard we had for 10 years. Really like the shorter handle which has a shorter motion to go from hot to cold and the sprayer handle is more compact than the one we replaced which is another nice feature. There aren't a lot of options out there for a faucet that is meant to be installed without an escutcheon. Had no luck at either Home Depot or Lowes so I was so glad when I searched the web and I found just what I wanted on Home Essentials Direct.

Replaced an old, broken kitchen faucet with this, and I needed white because the whole kitchen is white; chrome would have looked ridiculous on a white sink basin. Install was easy, but I had to buy a 3/8" into 1/2" adapter for the cold water hookup. I'm no plumber, but once I got the right part, installing took less than 15 minutes and so far it works great! Three things to be aware of though: (1) The flow out of the faucet is less than the old one (even though the old one leaked everywhere). (2) The flow out of the sprayer is awesome! It was a bit of a shock how fast water squirts out of that thing. (3) You have to be very precise in water temperature selection. As you push the lever/handle up, it wants to track to a specific point and so, if you want to say, make the water hotter, you have to make a concerted movement with your hand because the lever doesn't just slide around easily. But, if you're an adult, you can handle that and for the price, there is no better white faucet. August 2015 update (1 year after purchase): The side spray broke. It started to leak (a lot) even when just running water through the tap, so I disassembled the sprayer and was surprised to see a long, slender crack underneath/behind where the sprayer button sits. We run really hot water through this thing to clean dishes, so maybe it just couldn't take the repeated temperature flux? Sadness... a replacement sprayer is about $30, but I'm having difficulty finding one in white (from Moen).

Overstock.com and Moen Faucets, what more needs to be said. Overstock sends your product quickly and stands behind everything they sell. Moen Faucets are the best faucets I have used and I am replacing a Moen only because I no longer want a sprayer. This product works perfectly and is exactly what I wanted to replace the old one in my kitchen.

This is a very nice faucet that has a quality feel to it and operates very smoothly and is much better then the exact same model I installed about 6 years ago. I was not looking forward to changing this faucet again because its very close quarters under our sink and I remember the last one that was installed. But to my surprise this was a piece of cake because this one came with the supply lines already installed on the faucet and they were braided line ,FANTASTIC. You put the plate down and feed the braided lines down into the hole and by the way the side sprayer is braided too and then its a washer and a screw on kind of a horseshoe type nut that has 3 small bolts. Now you slip the washer and the special nut over the braided line and slide it up to threaded part of the faucet and then screw on the special nut to about 1//2 inch from the bottom of the sink. Now all you do is tighten the three screws alternately until the faucet is secure ,holy cow its almost done. Ok so the side sprayer has a large plastic nut that you tighten until its secure and then it has a quick connect on the faucet supply line and all you do is push it in and push the holding device and its locked. Now connect the hot and cold supply lines , no Teflon tape needed and "PRESTO" its done and I'm one happy guy.

If you install this faucet do not overtight the ring under the sink. This will cause the insert of the faucet to start shifting independently from the faucet which will cause the handle not to be in the center position. Instead , hand tight it and use the three screws ( came with the faucet) to finish tightening. The sprayer initially worked but soon after the water was coming from both the faucet and the sprayer. It looks cheap so I didn't expect much more from it.on the other hand the faucet looks pretty nice and works fine. Update: I decided to return the faucet due to malfunctioning diverter that caused water to flow thru both the faucet and the sprayer! The faucet itself worked fine but there was 30 days warranty so I' ll try with the another one. Update: I got the new faucet and right out of the box checked the handle position. It was all the way to the left (hot) water. So before you placed it on the sink hold the very bottom and move the spout so you have aprox. the same distance to the left and to the right position (hot and cold). This time the sprayer works good and the faucet is working fine !
Excellent purchase
This faucet replaced a similar Moen product that lasted 12 years. That company provides the best ever warranty coverage for the life that one owns their product. We are also very impressed with the fast shipping of your company as well as your very competitive prices.. We are simply very pleased with your company and if ever needed in the future will again order from you.
