Terrible water pressure!

We remodeled our master bathroom and it LOOKS great. These Grohe fixtures are beautiful. But the water pressure is lousy and we're quite unhappy about it. I came here to see if other buyers had a similar reaction, only to find that the vast majority of the reviews here are from people who got a free fixture as part of a promotion, so IMO these cannot be trusted.

Very pleased. We are in an unusual situation of having too strong of water pressure, and this shower head offers several very nice stream options. Super easy to install.

A good-looking shower head with a substantial feel. The paddle switch action is a nice feature. I specified this head for my client's large shower, and he was very satisfied with the upgrade. When I saw him a week after installing it, he shook my hand as an expression of his gratitude for recommending it!

This has to be the best shower head I've owned. The water pressure that comes out is stronger than others I have had. If you choose strong pressure, pulsating or rain type, it's there. The lever to change the settings is far better and easier to use than others I've had. Don't have to hunt for it.

I installed the rain shower head in guest bathroom. It was an easy process and I really like the three settings available. Fit and finish were top quality. This was the first time I’ve changed a shower head.

This shower head was an easy install and compared to the what's normally out there that seemed professional. The weight, build quality, and materials definitely justify the value of the shower head. There's chrome, and then there's Grohe chrome. Certainly nothing lasts forever, but it would seem that this shower head would last for many many years to come with little to no maintenance.

[Rewarded Review] Great looking, large variable pattern spray head

This is a really nice sized shower head with a thumb control toggle to allow you to shift between four or five different spray patterns and intensities. I like the high velocity center flow pattern which offers a nice massaging pulsation for my sore muscles when I shower. My wife prefers the lower velocity wide spray pattern which she can easily shift to with the flip of the toggle shifter. Then she shifts back to the higher velocity flow pattern to get the shampoo out of her hair. Really does the job flawlessly.

thanks to lixil for delaying the review request to allow time for installation and use. the shower head is gorgeous and sturdy. no instructions included with product and nothing on line. it comes with a washer and nipple filter that I put in nipple end to shower head and washer on top. mates well with the shower arm. use pipe tape wrapped clockwise to avoid unraveling. it leaked otherwise. use caution with wrench to avoid scratches. prepare for orientation and distance when selecting a shower arm. the shower head is 6 1/2 in diameter and needs more clearance than many models. the best feature is the ease to change thru the 3 settings. the lever works great and is a major upgrade over many that you have to hold with 2 hands to change the settings. the water flow even at 1.75 gpm is fine for me on the shower setting. the wife likes the stream setting. we don't use the pulse setting much.

I couldn't wait to install this shower head due to its multi-spray feature. It was simple to install and took only a couple of minutes. It has a top quality chrome/mirror like finish and awesome performance for all three of the spray selections.

This shower head was a great improvement over our old shower head. It works well with a good flow and the three types of sprays are a great improvement over the the single type we used to have. This head look good and was very easy to install. I would certainly recommend this to anyone wanting to replace an old worn out shower head.
