I always expect great quality with Moen and use them almost exclusively. This rain shower head completely separated around the perimeter leading edge after less than one year usage.Home has soft water and regular city water pressure

Looks good—until it malfunctions and isn’t usable!

This was installed with our bathroom remodel and it looked great, however, the seams burst and now it leaks out the sides and does not work properly. Sadly, we don’t have proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim. However, based on the reviews we’re seeing, others are having a similar issue with this product. Too bad we didn’t see those reviews first.
