Flimsy parts

the lock nut seems to be made of plastic and is very weak. the whole shower head combo works perfectly and is exactly what my 90 year old mother needs but the lock nut didn't last very long ... only 2 months! in the enclosed photo, it looks normal but it is free spinning right now and don't know how long till it starts leaking water.

Would love to review this product; but it has yet to arrive after ordering it 10 days ago. Even though they said I would receive it in 4!

This shower combo did not hold up well over time with heavy use (3 people in household). Had to replace after a year because the hand attachment broke.

Good solid shower head

The shower heads have several settings, from soft to brisk and it is easy to switch between the heads. Very easy to install.

I needed a reasonable replace easy to use shower head for a second bath that’s rarely used . I needed the spray extension for several reasons (dog bath ) don’t tell her ! Easy to install , works great just what I needed and expected . It’s not chrome but plastic chrome still great !!

I wa thrilled that it arrived in about 3 days; HOWEVER: I was surprised by the (lack of) weight of the box — then DISAPPOINTED that it appears to be silver PLASTIC, NOT sturdy METAL, as expected. Going to have my knowledgeable handyman & facility maintenance man assess whether it’s sturdy enough to keep. It looked exactly like one I had used (& loves) in a hotel in Katy, Texas, about 5 of years ago. I was so excited to see one I thought was like that one; but the one at the hotel was sturdy metal. Scared this may be more of a “trick” than the Halloween “treat” I thought I was getting myself!

I'm truly enjoying my shower head. The amount of water that comes now is so nice. I purchased one from HD for a lot more money and was very disappointed. Thanks

Easy to install. Just what I was looking for.

I was hoping i was getting a bargain but i got what i paid for. For the most part it works good but it is cheaply made. The adjustable bar is held in by a cheap plastic Cap at the top. It you pull the bar down, it just slides through and falls. I doubt it’ll last me any more then a year? If the plastic cap breaks, there wont be anything to hold up the bar.
