Love the great quality

There are two small things I don’t like about this set : the shower holder can’t adjust angles; second, the switch for shower and rain shower not design very well, it has to be trined on the middle line it indicates, water will leak if switch not falls on the middle.

High in Looks, Poor in Quality

We've been using our Hansgrohe Thermostatic shower for 3 weeks now. While we love the look, this is the third issue we've had with the product.

It was perfect, and met our expectations.

Beautiful design and German engineering

I’ve used Hansgrohe products in a previous bathroom remodel 15 years ago and the thermostatic valve and plumbing and shower head and handheld shower work flawlessly to this day. I love the design elements and the quality of the materials used. The rain shower head is all metal (and substantially heavy). The handheld shower is primarily plastic, but easily replaced if there is a problem.

I purchased this product and got a open box product. I had to call the customer service to replace my order. I installed the product in the mid of the November last year, it worked well until this year end of the January. The Shower head does not drip vertically, it goes to all the directions unevenly. I did see some reviews before my purchasing saying that they used your products for several months, they were broken. I did not listen because of the high rating reviews and thought maybe it is just bad luck .....I am so disappointed!

Shower re do

Love it! Nice quality, looks beautiful. Only one issue one plastic piece inside the hand held is cracked.

Hardware

As described. It’s the quality I expected from build.com. Unfortunately, the Hansgrohe Raindance shower system did not work in my space.
