Looks and functions great. A little tricky installing keeping hardware straight. But a special tool with rubber holder and takes 2 people. Directions are easy to read, perfect for do it yourself. Fast shipping. Great packaging. No complaints. Very pleased.

Great faucet. Fit the decor perfect. The brushed stain less steal looked great and the function was good. Install was not bad at all. Would definitely buy again.

We found a Warranty that really works

What a pleasant surprise, and a VERY pleasant one at that. Both of our bathroom faucets finish came off of them after many years. All I had to do is call and spoke to Jennifer S. She sent me the info on how to get them replaced. So easy, I took pictures of the damaged product and she sent back pictures of what we could replace them with. I called them and ordered two faucets and Babak took the information and we have 2 faucets that will be here in less than a week. BOTH of these customer service people were outstanding, Thank you all for your help. So kind, I wish they could teach the rest of the World how to take care of people kindly.
