Nice product, but installation trouble

Good feature and looks sharp but installation flush with the tile and a backerboard is too deep for threads. Have to find and purchase additional fittings to extend the fixtures to reach.

[Rewarded Review] Great looking valve

Placing this in our guest bathroom which we are currently remodeling. Very exited about this shower/bath valve set. The brushed nickel modern/old feel is great (the bath piece seems old traditional - like a farmhouse spigot). We love the tilting head piece thats large and perfect for a shower/bath combo. We are going to have to add some plumbing for the shower wand but it's simple enough. * PLEASE keep in mind this is a much easier project while remodeling vs trying to replace on an already completed bathroom.

[Rewarded Review] So many features that I like!

First of all, the product was secured very well in the box. Everything looked in great condition. We had to do a whole remodel of the shower to use this set because we didn't have the separate pipes for the stand alone handheld piece. Once re-piped, everything went in okay. We had a little trouble getting the bar for the shower head to line up when tightened. I think we ended up starting to thread it when it was in the correct position and it finally lined up. The shower walls arrived damaged, so we're still waiting to finish, but we were able to test out all the features. The rain shower has a nice amount of pressure and I love how much water you get. The handheld looks small, but has more pressure than I expected. It's light and easy to handle. I love the fact that the tub spout swivels to the side when you aren't using it. We decided to put in a walk in shower stall, in place of a tub. The tub spout is still useful for when you want to just rinse you feet or what not. Overall, I am really happy with this shower set.

Good quality & install, amazing customer service

I have been very happy with this set. Initially bought it purely to match the rest of the decor/hardware during our shower reno, but have been very happy with it throughout the years. Have had a slight issue with a shower handle rubber piece getting dirty/calcified - but it's mainly due to lack of proper cleaning on our end. I have reached out to customer service not expecting to get the issue resolved, but the email support has been stellar. Very happy with this company/product.

Love this product. Perfect look and style for my bathroom

This item is beautiful, functions great, I love that the tub spout can be moved out of the way, it's a high quality item that my contractor suggested I buy because it's all metal parts (not plastic parts that will break). Well worth the cost, I think it was reasonably priced anyway. Very well made. It looks beautiful in the bathroom. The photo doesn't do it justice - I ordered the brushed nickel, I don't know why it looks really dark in the photo but it's not. I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend.
