Very high quality and well-designed. Instructions for mounting and the included mounting template were excellent and easy to follow. Mounting bolts were also included. The set screws and mounting plate are much higher quality than similar bath accessories, such that the paper holder does not wobble at all when affixed to my bath wall. which is an older plaster and lath wall.

Need handyman to install but looks good - weighty and very nice looking

I love the concept of this toilet paper holder, it looks really great in my Victorian bathroom. My one complaint is that it comes off of its mounting brackets very easily.

This is open box and I tried to, returned but you charge the shipping cost. That kind of cheated the people.

.....looked at all the different pivoting TP holder designs. This is by far the best one - solid, substantial and exudes quality. It surpassed my expectations and has some weight to it - as opposed to a flimsy piece. It was the only I could find that hides the mechanism where it closes....it may confuse someone new as to how to open it (because it is so well made). The others I saw had a tale tell gap at one side that looked cheap...not this one. You can't go wrong with this model and it rocks in Nickel finish.
