Great minus the WIFI feature

works like a charm and is amazing BUT can't get it to connect to the app. even when it was reset, doesn't work.

Do not purchase this product!!!

We paid to have a professional plumber install this product and it has not worked since day one. Sometimes it does not turn off and sometimes it does not turn on. We have to remove and reinstall the batteries to get it to reset or just to turn off! Now we have to pay the plumber to come and remove it! This is one of the worst products I have ever purchased! Do not purchase this product!!

Great Features

Just installed new faucet but this is the second one. The first one died with in a month and this was the replacement. Moen sent the new one right away without any hassles. Works great with Alexa.

Serious issue after a year

We have had this faucet about a year and a few weeks ago the pressure started dropping off. After checking the batteries, cleaning filter, and having a plumber come out it seems to be an issue with the faucet itself. Trying to figure out how to get it replaced.

Not long lasting

This is the second faucet I’ve purchased and within 2 years of a household of 2 seniors are in need of replacement. I hate to say Moen used to be the product I’d choose but times have changed- quality is objective - we are gentle and don’t abuse!

Broken twice within 90 days.

Broken twice since install in April 2024. First the handle came loose, now the black plastic spacer has come out completed is loose again. Terrible.

Moen Kitchen faucet

I bought this Moen Faucet for my kitchen remodel and absolutely love it!

Great design

I just installed and my faucet looks great. The setting up with WiFi was horrible. I had to reset it and go through restarting my router and then trying to it on my WiFi. Waiting to get used to using the Alexa support and the right wording to use.

High Quality and beautiful faucet

This is a well built product. Quality of the material is great and it looks gorgeous. Here are the downsides. Configuring the faucet was not easy. First, it would not connect to my home high speed, mesh wi-fi. After talking to the technician I was told I had to temporarily disable 5GHz network because the device would only work on 2.4G network. The device is not smart enough to connect to 2.4G unless 5G is shutdown, unlike most other IoT devices. Once I disable the 5G, I got it to work immediately. Then I spent the next 3 hours trying to get the sensor working but it just wouldn't work. After making another call to the call center, I was told the señor was broken, they sent me another unit in several days. I have always liked Moen's service and they excelled as usual. Now everything is working fine and I am happy with the purchase. One last comment, I just think it's a poor design to require battery in order to manually operate the unit. But if the batteries will last 2 years, I am fine with that design limitation.

Beautiful design but wish Moen offered a mid level

Getting faucet to connect to the internet was very difficult. Had to unplug and then use the reset multiple times. Gave up. Then tried again a week later and fin6got it to go.

Beautiful faucet. All metal, even the sprayer. Installation was easy. Products like this keep me coming back to this website for my home updates.

Nice improvement

Love the faucet! We did change the water lines so that cold is in the back positon and hot is in the forward. Easy to install. Spray works great.

Nice faucet

Looks really nice in the newly remodeled kitchen. The stream and spray have a "power boost" button which is nice. The hot and cold positions are intuitive. The finish is just what we were looking for.

Attractive design

I like it but it’s not perfect. I like the design and the spray feature. It looks sleek and nice in my kitchen. It does drip a little after shutting off, but only a few drops.

Super disappointed at this expensive product. The batteries to activate the hands free system needs to be replaced every few weeks. When the batteries run out the whole system also stops. we deactivated the hands free system and the faucet stopped working

Moen Motion sense Kitchen faucet

I love this kitchen faucet. I wasn’t sure whether I would need the motion sensor, but it is a game changer. Saves a lot of time. I got used to it right away. Will never buy another faucet without it.
