Make sure the product isn't defective

I bought 2 of these drains and one drain came in good condition and the other drain had both sides of the pop up top bent.The drain was useless. Had to go to the store to returne the damaged drain, now on my 3rd drain received it and one side of the pop up top was bent. We'll be returning the drain and going to buy a new product.

Pop up drain

I was left with no choice but to buy this drain after a drain I purchased months ago wasn’t working properly. Lowes didn’t have a black pop up drain that would work for a designer sink I purchased months ago. Although it functions well, it’s very big and not very attractive.

Worth the money

The first delivery was defective. The pop up part didn’t pop up. Returned to Lowe’s and reordered. Price went up one dollar from original order but works great. Ordered another one for second bathroom price jumped up ten dollars in just two weeks. But ordered because I really like how it looks and works!

Makes you think

No directions of any kind, not in box or on their site. mostly allot of washers with no order as to location. not that this thing is difficult to install but you won't need any putty to seat the drain as best I could tell the washers are all that is needed. no leaks at this time.
