Cheap Side sprayer

We purchased the Belfield in matte black for our new home in 2022. We have had a plumber out twice to fix the broken side sprayer. The vertical piece that is beneath the counter and connects to the sprayer keeps breaking because it is made of plastic presumably. The faucet itself has been fine but the sprayer is very disappointing and because of the quick connect it is difficult to replace the side sprayer with a different brand that is made of all metal.

Looks amazing, functions even better

This faucet was easy to install, took only minutes to connect to wifi and link to alexa. The app is very user friendly and took no time to navigate through the settings and set it up to work for our family. The alexa features will take a little bit of time to get used to using, but i'm excited to use the exact measurements features, especially when cooking.

Beautiful Faucet

Installed this with our new bar sink and it is beautiful. Love the single hole install, the single handle control and the pull-down spray. Easy install. Would recommend highly.

Just installed and it drips.

Brand new faucet. Water dribbles when you shut off and slowly drips even when off. I assume a bad cartridge and obviously this is fixable but I have used it for only a month. Poor quality control.

product arrive busted up and damaged - Build.com is a horrible company!

I would give this negative 10 stars if I could - Build.com is horrible! The faucet arrived used and broken! Build.com refused to make it right. Now I'm stuck with a used busted up faucet and I'm out the money. I'm going to call my attorney and file a lawsuit.

The Perfect Kitchen Faucet!

I searched for a new kitchen faucet, to replace an old one that was driving me crazy, for many months, and finally found it with this gorgeous black Moen 7260 Belfield! I wasn’t interested in a smart faucet with batteries that needed to be replaced by climbing under the sink and came with a huge price tag. My main criteria was having the spray revert back to stream when the faucet is turned off, and this faucet performs that simple task flawlessly! The pull down spray arm retracts easily and snugly back into place, and the spray head rotates 360 degrees with all metal fittings…no plastic! Questions I had were answered quickly by Build.com customer service, and their price was cheaper than other places. If I could give this faucet 10 stars I would. It’s truly the perfect faucet!

Can’t connect to app & draining batteries

Stay away. This won’t connect to the app and without the app it just continues to search for a connection & drain the 6D batteries that are required for the faucet to function AT ALL!!! I’ve already replaced two sets in a matter of weeks. I’m considering ripping it out and getting my $800 back. Talk to tech-support and they were no help.

Love, love, love this faucet. Exceptional quality for the price. Looks fantastic in our kitchen. Love the height of the piece - not the gigantic faucets you see these days. Left enough clearance to be able to see out my kitchen window. Mechanicals work smoothly and are very intuitive.

No water in the kitchen…AGAIN!

Faucet under one year old. The control box was replaced after multiple days of my faucet not turning turning on. The handle will NOT work if there’s a problem with the control box. The new control box is only 2 months old and AGAIN no working faucet. Can’t reach anyone on the weekends for help. Waiting AGAIN for a call back!

It's massive, impressive, and pretty gorgeous!

It's massive, impressive, and pretty gorgeous! The handle is nice and tight, turns to precise location and stays there until moved again. The spray and regular flow both have good water pressure. Installation easy and straight forward. It was about as easy to install as it could have been. Button to switch between spray and regular faucet needs to be pushed again to change back from spray. I like the spray and aerated flow and the new power boost button works well, lots of flow, fits the hand well, smooth extension and retraction, plenty of hose. Touch features work well. Voice commands work well with Google Voice. Auto off feature helps avoid running the water too long. The spray head works fine. Battery change every 6 to 12 months depending on frequency of use of the sink. You can also purchase an optional plug in so you wouldn't have to change the batteries.(6 AA in a snap together easily accessible bracket) The faucet has an automatic shut off so if you are filling your sink bowl, become distracted, and forget to turn the water off, it automatically shuts off after several minutes. I have touched this thing many times and cannot find a print anywhere. No leaks so far and the 'switch' to go from stream to spray has worked perfectly. It's a very attractive faucet and hope to have no issues for years to come. I love that it is hands free so you don't have to touch it for it to work you just wave your hand and it comes on love it. I can just wave my hand above the faucet and the water faucet just turns on!! Here's the best part yet! You can connect it to your Alexa and talk to Alexa to tell Moen to turn it on! You can even tell Alexa to Moen to give your hot water at 100 degrees and it heats up to that exact temperature after it runs for a bit, then you can wave your hand over the sensor and it's hot! And check this out, you can even tell Alexa to tell Moen to give you an EXACT cup of water and it does! I am totally amazed at the technology that Moen has came to.

Beautiful Faucet, Extremely Useful.

I have been using the Belfield U By Moen Smart Faucet Pulldown Kitchen Faucet for approximately two weeks after installation and I can honestly say I am truly amazed at how useful it has been as an addition to our family kitchen. The faucet is extremely attractive and you can see and feel the quality of the product. The materials used for construction are far superior to the faucet I had previously, and I can see the product lasting for many years.

I LOVE this faucet! It was super easy to install and came with everything. It has a battery box that installs under the sink so no electricity is needed. Batteries are also included. They even include a tool for screwing the bolt on under the sink.

Beautiful faucet packed with features

It's weird saying a faucet has features but oh my is this thing great. Connecting it to my Alexa was a breeze. You can turn the water on/off just by asking which seems ridiculous but I have 2 kinds under 4 so when somebody spills or hands are full of paint it's very convenient when I'm rushing them to the kitchen sink to clean hands. You can also ask for a specific amount of water and it will shoot out exactly what you ask for! The faucet itself is beautiful and solid. The spray head works flawlessly and connects back to think sink with ease. When you open the box it's kind of intimidating how much there is to set up for it being just a faucet, but I promise you they made it very simple to hook it all up. Very pleased!!

Beautiful and Awesome!

I got this faucet about a week ago and just installed it today. I expected it to be a difficult install due to all of the smart features of it, but I was extremely surprised that it really was as simple as just installing a regular faucet, except for the control box that takes 8-D batteries which are enclosed in the box. To get the faucet online, the Moen app does it all for you, runs all of the tests and it works beautifully! It was also extremely easy to register, all you have to do is scan the QR code within the app, fill in your information and good to go. I've already been playing around with it, and it amazes me with the capabilities of the system. I love the fact that I didn't lose the pull down functionality of the nozzle, nor the spray feature. If you are considering a smart faucet for your house, I would 100% recommend this faucet to anyone, and Moen is a quality brand that stands behind their product, as Moen is all that I use in my house due to their outstanding lifetime warranty.

We love the new faucet!

As we adjust to the new faucet my daughter and I find ourselves still amazed as to how easy it is to use. We live in a new construction home which is less than a year old and this replaced an already nice Moen faucet. The installation of the new faucet was incredibly simple. In fact, I probably could have cut the hour of time spent under the sink in half had I not had to remove the other faucet. There is really only one thing that I found not so great and that is the weight for the pull-down hose. The faucet only came with one and our faucet that we replaced only had one. But once I reached the step in the install where I was ready to check the pull-down tension and length, the hose wouldn't retract fully and time after time I had to manually push the sprayer up until it was seated. For me it was a simple fix as I just grabbed the weight from the old faucet and added that one to the new setup.
